"We were going to a wedding and we found this listing. Upon renting, we didn't realise just how amazing this place was. Such open spaces with incredible, newly-renovated everything. We felt so comfortable, and our only negative was that we weren't able to stay longer. The host was amazing and was easy to reach out before our stay. "This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). I was in town to assist with a family wedding, which was taking place at the Crystal Palace pavilion, so it was incredible to be so close to where I needed to be over the few days I was in town. "The property was as described, located conveniently in downtown Perth. Shops, restaurants, and surrounding area was easily accessible by foot, and everything else was no more than a 5-min drive. Communication with our host was fast and efficient. She was always available to address any questions or concerns. I recommend this property and host for your stay if you are planning a trip to visit Perth."

"I was in Perth for a family reunion in early June 2025 that was held in Stewart Park, right across the street from this VRBO rental. This area of Perth is very historic, with the Tay canal running right behind the rental unit. The rental unit was excellent - lots of dishes, good TV, large fridge, good air conditioning, and an excellent view of the street and the park. Very good location, with many shops and cafe's nearby. Great unit !"

"We had a week at Erika's cottage this fall and it was absolutely lovely. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, the location is stunning, and the screened in porch was an absolute added bonus. We were also really delighted we could bring our cat with us, and that the screened in porch was there so she could safely enjoy the location too :-) All of the instructions, access, setup, and process for the cottage was clear and easy. Erika makes the experience seamless for guests to enjoy...

I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. The river was running and beautiful to sit next to, and we used the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace to make everything really cosy.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen completely equipped for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. "This was a great place to kick back and relax with family. Had a wonderful bbq, great views of the water and comfy beds. Just make sure you bring water shoes as it is rocky but so much fun walking out in the shallow water exploring. "
