"The rooms in the hotel are fantastic - spacious, very clean and the view from the window was lovely. The rooms have a modern feel to them and are nice and bright. The welcome fizz at reception when checking in was also a nice touch. Staff were always very friendly. The hotel is located very centrally within Perth so nothing is that far away either. My only point of constructive feedback would be the breakfast, which I thought could have been fresher."

Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay."

"Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!). Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised. Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip."

"We used to love this hotel but had a bad experience this time, our room wasn’t ready by 3pm, the tv in the room didn’t have any signal so couldn’t watch anything, and had to stir my coffee with my fingers as there were no spoons, overall underwhelmed and will try somewhere else next time."

"The staff were incredibly helpful. I got an upgrade on the room and a late checkout. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent too, again lovely helpful staff. Would recommend the hotel. "

"I couldn't see parking, it's on a main road, small frontage hotel.The room was clean, wasnt done properly everyday. What I ordered for breakfast was not great. The Hotel over all was OK it was not what I was expecting. Did not have room service but would order for you at a local restaurant to delivery then charged you if you wanted it delivered to your room. While I didnt find the hotel great, as in no proper bar, all they had was 3 house wines. I can not fault the staff they were all very...

"Kitchen utilities so you could cook yourself. Coffee machine in the lobby, free apples. Red cat is just stone throw away to the city, Watertown is a block away that you definitely want to visit, and there is the yellowcat. Only thing they could improve is to offer late check out."
