Case number 121700799

I am waiting for "Stayz" to resolve this. I only put stars becase we had to but we did not stay. We called "Stayz" to advise that the hosts were not contactable. We had no way of checking in. We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. I called to let "Stayz" know and they could not contact the host either. We were left with nowhere to stay and are waiting for a full refund. We spoke with Khalid at "Stayz" who was very helpful but could only arrange a case for us. Please let us know the outcome ASAP for case number 121700799 as we are expecting a refund.
