Spacious bright sunny apartment located steps from Perth's popular Scarborough beach.
Enjoy this huge comfortable space overlooking a sizeable garden ( sole use of garden)
Host occupies the 2nd floor of the home.
A walking distance to all local amenities. Restaurants, cafes, bars, Olympic swimming pool, kids skate park, rock climbing etc..
The space : Private entrance. Huge open-plan living/dining area with 2 sofas, one being a sofa-bed for 2. TV with chrome cast, spacious well equipped kitchen. ( Huge fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave )
Enjoy a sunny patio for breakfast. Large bedroom, queen size bed, big ensuite.

Very beautiful, airy, clean home in a wonderful neighbourhood, one block away from the shoreline and an excellent walking / biking path. Hosts were charming and very helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay.

Everything about this property was amazing! Fabulous location, beautiful spacious airy and spotless apartment. Parking space on drive. Very responsive and lovely host ( lives upstairs but in no way intrusive) . We would highly recommend staying here and would 100% stay here again if ever back in Perth.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, very comfortable, spacious, quiet, front door parking and a wonderful host. It is located about a short 10 minute walk to central Scarborough beach with many food options. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Repeat customer for good reason!

Lots to love about this one-bedroom in Scarborough! Clean, modern interior, and lovely private yard/garden viewed through a wall of sliding glass doors. A ten minute walk to the Scarborough shops, community pool, restaurants, beach, and Thursday night "Sunset Market" (music, food trucks, and great vibe by the beach). Martine is very responsive to any inquiries. My husband and I are repeat customers!

An amazing accommodation. Honestly we could not fault one single thing. When you open front door the WOW factor rushes from your mouth.A short walk to the beach, a short drive (go to Floreat Beach to enjoy free bbq, lush green lawned area, kids playground and fabulous viewing of the sunset).picnic dinner. Owners have supplied chairs & umbrella to take to beach, so thoughtful and useful.Highly recommended, 5star. Well done Martine & Phillip.

Wonderful apartment close to the beach

We had a great 11 night stay at this fabulous apartment. It was spotlessly clean and spacious. Beautiful furnishings and a very comfy bed. Bathroom was new and shower was lovely. Great open plan kitchen and living room, large fridge. Separately utility room for laundry and drying. The living room has 3 large patio windows/doors to a beautiful shaded garden and sitting/dining area which was lovely. A 10 minute walk to Scarborough beach. Host was so lovely and welcoming. We had a perfect stay, thank you.

Absolutely Perfect!

As soon as I walked in the door I was so happy to be staying here. A wonderfully designed space, nice and bright but also a dark room for sleeping with black out curtains (a must for a great nights sleep for me!). Loved the grassy area outside and the place was nice and quiet. Perfect location to walk up to local shops and the beach! Really loved the stay and Martine was amazing with communication! Highly recommend.

Excellent Property

Location, size, cleanliness, peaceful, everything about the property was excellent. There were just a couple of minor detractions. There is definitely no swimming pool or dryer as per the blurb on the Stayz Website. The air con is only in the bedroom and all the windows on the southern side are unable to be opened, so no cool ocean breeze. Checkout is supposed to be 11am. We weren’t asked if it was ok if the cleaner came at 10.30, just sent a message saying that’s what was happening. The owners living upstairs get up around 6am and make quite a bit of noise.

Peace and tranquillity!

After a poor experience at Observation Rise in Scarborough this was a very welcome upgrade, at less than half the price. Martine is a superb host and although we didn’t require any assistance, we are certain she would be available to help and support at anytime. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all of essentials necessary for a short or long stay, we stayed 12 days and left very happy and relaxed, thanks Martine.

Outstanding home

We had the most wonderful stay, hosted by Martine, in the perfect location. The one bedroom home was immaculately clean and beautiful presented. Everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry, most comfortable lounge and bed. Easy 10min walk to Scarborough beach but we used the E-scooters which are very convenient. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Scarborough. Five stars!

Lovely meet up home from home

Martine has a beautiful home , and is a great host . We appreciated her little treats left for us . Great facilities and excellent location for the beach , and yet the garden was wonderful for dinner in the evening . . Thank you so much , we were sorry to move on . Hope to meet you again one day .
