The Bungalow is a very suitable place to accommodate with privacy.
2 reverse cycle air cons one in living room and one in bedroom.
Enter via a remote controlled garage door,
Serviced and equipped with quality amenities, Linen, Towels.
Very comfy Queen Bed, separate bathroom recently renovated with enclosed shower and toilet. Full Kitchen with appliances, crockery and cutlery. Pod coffee machine with milk unit.
This is a comfortable, separate and well maintained Granny Flat at the Rear of my property.
Separate entrance via Garage Door, private and secure. When you come home you feel like your home. No outside influence on your Sanctuary.
Great Sunsets and garden with sun lounge and seating to sit in the beautiful winter sun and in the summer we put up a shade gazebo for you to Enjoy. There is also a BBQ for you to use next to the pool.
I have one small Poodle Pepper, barks a bit at first but once you get to know him he is fine.
Close to Beach, Shops and public transport.

The host was still cleaning when i arrived. The cleaning product was very strong smell so i had to have windows open and its winter. Some cutlery wasnt clean. Overall pleasant stay id go back plenty of room for two people.

Family visit

Perfect location for us as relative living nearby. Good size accommodation for two people and kitchen well equipped for self catering. Good cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarket within easy walk.

Cosy retreat

Very comfortable and well equipped bungalow. Public transport only a short walk away. Frequent buses to the beach and the city centre. Hosts were very kind and helpful. A great place to stay!

Very convenient and clean property . Easy communication with owner . Comfortable bed although in the pound room the blue couch in photos would probably have been more comfortable than the couch in there .

Accommodation in a self contained ‘mobile type’ unit on owners property with access through garage with own keys. On verge parking available. Comfortable stay with everything you could want. The owners were very welcoming and went above and beyond offering us bikes to use for our duration, did our washing and dried it as and when needed, and the bonus of having a lovely pool to use in the summer months was wonderful. Can walk to local coffee shops, grocers and restaurants or as we did a longer walk to the beach. Local buses run frequently to the city, with bus stops nearby. We plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Thankyou Louise for making my stay very comfortable, bed was great, air conditioner's made it very comfortable after a couple of warm days in Perth, bathroom was bigger than the picture, while i didn't use the pool while there this time it was lovely to see it out of the window, definitely recommend staying here, shops within walking distance too, I'll be back for sure

Perfect place for 2 and amazing deal and hosts

This place had everything we needed and was in a great location. Enjoyed the back patio with the pool...even though we didn't get to use the pool, being winter and all, it was a lovely spot to hangout to start and end your day. The hosts were also the nicest people. Respectful of your privacy, but so fun to stop and have a chat with when we were able. The bathroom is also much bigger than the picture made it seem, which was a wonderful surprise, and there is a huge wardrobe in the bedroom to hang up all your clothes which was so convenient. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth!

Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Me and my partner had just moved from Scotland to Perth to start a new life, we were here for 4 weeks and both Louise and Daryl couldn’t have been more help. They made our first few weeks in a new place so much easier for us and helped above and beyond. We could not thank them enough, nothing was ever too much! Also the accommodation was such a perfect size, fully furnished with everything you could need! Big comfy couch and great outdoor space with pool which I read in a lot! Very beautiful neighbour hood and local to everything you could need! 100% recommend!

Perfect place for self isolation

We were very fortunate to be able to stay at here for our 14 days self-quarantine on arriving in WA. The unit itself is a perfect for a couple, clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need including a good sized fridge and cooker, and all the essential kitchenware and appliances including a coffee pod machine. A big bonus for us in quarantine was the comfortable living area with large TV with unlimited free Wifi, Foxtel and Netflix! The separate bedroom has plenty of storage, spare linen and the queen bed is super comfy, and there is no problem sleeping on a hot night with air con in the bedroom as well as living area. Having use of the outdoor area kept us sane! so lucky to have unlimited use of the amazing salt water pool and spacious outdoor area which we took advantage of several times a day. Louise and Darryl are the most amazing hosts, so friendly and helpful. Louise was super patient and accommodating with our many date changes and enquiries. In fact it it weren't for Louise we probably wouldn't have made it in to WA at all (if you need a travel agent who can pull off miracles at the last minute, she's your lady!). Nothing was too much bother with our quarantine limitations, from getting in groceries before we arrived and during our stay, doing our laundry, and more! We loved having the doggos Bree and Pepper around too, two little cuties who visited us every day (Bree pretty much moved in lol). We can't recommend the pool bungalow enough. It was the perfect place for our self quarantine! Thanks again for Louise and Darryl!!
