Enjoy Fremantle in this stunning 3 bed, 2 bath cottage with separate studio; both house and studio are air-conditioned only 5 min walk to South beach.
From the gorgeous deck with day bed, the artisan kitchen with a beautiful slab of unfinished timber for the work surface - this house has been presented with love of detail and with a true understanding of what Fremantle is all about.
Two separate bathrooms for space, a separate studio for the grandparents or overnight guests, 3 bedrooms in the main house, with floorboards and fireplace - YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE!!
Sleeping configuration is 2 queens, 4 singles.
Cot and high chair provided at no extra cost upon request.
There is off street parking for 2 cars and a fully secure back garden with space for the children to explore and enjoy this peaceful location.

The area

The beach is 400M away; from this cul-de-sac street there is a path to the beautiful South Beach with a lovely playground on the way.
There is a great Italian family restaurant at the end of the street 100M away.
There is a group of shop about 150M away with a large supermarket, post office, pharmacy and liquor store and lots shops for total convenience.
Only 200M away you will find South Terrace with loads of cafes and restaurants.
Fremantle bus that stops 150M from the house; the bus goes near most tourist attraction in Fremantle, including the train & bus station.

The perfect accommodation for families, this house had everything…. the washing machine hardly stopped, the kitchen was well equipped, aircon was a life saver and having well fenced areas meant the toddlers could free range …. the house was older style and you didn’t need to be percious about it…

Great base for a family

Melanie's property was great as a base for a family holiday. It had plenty of space and everything you needed for a family holiday. The place was clean and had good amenities. It was in a great neighbourhood and just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Excellent Location

The house was comfortable with all the amenities we required as a group of 5 adults. Location is excellent short walk to beautiful South beach and a very short drive to Freo. Lovely quiet area - perfect holiday.

Wonderful stay at Melanie’s

We had a fab time staying at Melanie’s place which was very well equipped. We were particularly impressed with the extras which Melanie provided in terms of hats, toys (including beach toys) and other bits and pieces which made our holiday so enjoyable. I cannot recommend Melanie’s property highly enough.

So cosy and welcoming

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with a stay in Fremantle. Melanie's place was the perfect setting for us, cosy, warm and relaxing with so much charm. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has a lovely little garden at the rear which is perfect for sitting out in the sunshine. The kitchen is very well equipped- one thing I really loved was that there was plenty of glassware, crockery and tableware, including that suitable for children. The bedding is lovely, with pretty doonas which are amazingly warm. A lovely touch was that Melanie left flowers, chocolates, Prosecco and a card to congratulate us on our anniversary :-) It was so kind and thoughtful! I would heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay, with a brilliant hostess!

Comfy Cottage

Comfortable cottage in convenient location to Fremantle and southern suburbs. I appreciate that it was CLEAN, thank you. We didn't cook, but kitchen appeared well equipped. Private rear yard and cosy balcony at the front. It was very quiet at night. We would happily stay again

Fantastic Character Cottage in Freo

Fabulous Freo

Lovely clean and well set up property in great location. Easy walk to the beach and access to everything. Place was clean and owner easy to communicate with. Dog proof yard with lots of shade. Would definitely try to stay at this place again.

Family holiday

A comfortable house, in perfect location to beach and Fremantle. Really great for young kids, with plenty of books and games to play with, along with a great front deck area that is enclosed. The granny flat at the back was ideal for the ‘grandparents’ to stay in and gave us plenty of extra space for the two families.
