It is situated between the Golf course and is 200metres to the beach.
Use of the Pool with heated spa and Alfresco BBQ area. or
Stroll down to the Country Club for a meal or drink.

A relaxing holiday destination. The Links Villa is situated 200metres from the Pyramids beach or, if you are a golfing enthusiast, a mere 5 minute walk to the Cut Golf Course.
Fully furnished and self contained.
Ideal for families or as wedding accommodation.
There are three bedrooms with large queen beds and a fourth bedroom with two single beds .2 bathroom 3 toilets. The Villa is in a secure gated complex with its own double garage.
Take a walk to the beach through the golf course or just laze by the pool and spa, afterwards enjoying a BBQ in the communal alfresco area or stroll down the Country club for a meal or drink.

Attractions

The Cut Golf Course with the clubhouse and restaurant within walking distance which offers fine dining, alfresco dining, beers, wine and coffees to the public.
A short walk to the Cut Canal where you can generally see the dolphins herding the fish into the canals, a great fishing spot and picturesque walks.

Second time we have stayed here. Perfect for a weekend of golf as it’s so close to the Cut. Great amenities and plenty of space. Highly recommend.

Our stay was very disappointing as we had to clean the apartment.Double gees (native prickle)found in my granddaughters room she nearly ingested. Lighting over kitchen benches and throughout notworking. Stairs dangerous where there was insufficient hand rail causing my daughter to fall and injure herself whilst carrying my granddaughter.Response on all the above was basically ignored by the landlord who showed no interest or concern. Definitely not worth the money we paid and would no recommend this villa number 9 to anybody.

Property was as described, modern and well appointed with all necessities. Nice location with a very clean pool and bbq area.We would stay again. However to give some constructive feedback there were numerous light globes not working on most floors and to the front of the property, the main bathroom towel rail was hanging off and the property lacked having the finer attention to detail in regards to cleaning, for example behind sofas, cobwebs around lamps and general dust etc on internal windows.That being said it wouldn’t take much to lift the property to a five star rating.

The place was well situated and a stunning house however it was not clean and the aircon did not work throughout. The only aircon was in two bedrooms on the first level and the upper level was extremely hot. The living area was a bit small and very hot as well.We enjoyed the pool being so close, that was the most enjoyed area being a hot weekend.

Perhaps the host could ensure that the smoke alarm batteries are replaced regularly. It was not nice being woken up at 1Am on Christmas morning to the warning sound. Also the air conditioning needs to be overhauled. I wouldnt want to stay there on a hot day. Granted he did send a maintenance man out on Christmas Eve to no avail.

What a location, especially for golfers....the Cut golf club was a true golfing experience together with unbelievable views. My wife drove the cart while I played and she thoroughly loved it. High recommendations all round for this stay!

We visited friends in Dawesville. The property is ideally situated on a small development, close to beach, golf course and within (short) driving distance of amenities. Spacious, clean and perfectly presented. Would happily stay again and can comfortably recommend.Thank you.

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. Property is well appointed, spacious with good quality beds, linen etc Fully ducted air-conditioning which was great. Very close to both pool and beach. My only negative was that the wi fi was NOT working. It was difficult to reach the owner regarding this and he never got back to me. Issue was not resolved. I understand that these little glitches sometimes happen but i don't feel adequate effort was made to rectify it.

A nice spot close to beach and of course golf course if you play. A Coles just down the road if you have forgotten anything. A quiet neighbourhood. Walk to beach cafe for a coffee. I was hoping the main bedroom was on the ground floor but I just sorted myself not to be going up the stairs more than I needed to. All in all a very nice break was had by all.
