The guest can access the studio room and courtyard. There is a washing machine and dryer in a common area. The upstairs apartment is not available unless booked by the guest as part of the agreement. Contact us if you would like to book the upstairs apartment as well!

This cozy, standard studio offers a comfortable queen bed, climate control, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, microwave, and ensuite bathroom with amenities and hair dryer. Enjoy a desk, LCD TV, and free WiFi.

The room includes an undercover car park and a patio with outdoor seating. Please note, our carparks were built to older standards, so larger vehicles like modern cars and 4WDs may find it tight. Limited overflow parking is available out front.

The resort, located on the iconic Mandurah Canals, boasts not only incredible views, amenities such as boat docks, water access, onsite Spa, swimming pools and lush gardens but you are just a short stroll to the amazing array of restaurants, bars and entertainment on offer on the Mandurah foreshore.

Summer sees long evenings drinking cocktails, cruising up and down the waterways and enjoying the buzz of this holiday town while the cooler months offer the warmth and comfort of local bars and restaurants, movie and theatre performances. Something for all ages and interests.

This studio apartment is ideal for two, a small and well equipped kitchenette is available, there is a washing machine and laundry facilities available, and as a special extra, enjoy your own private alfresco dining area where you can take advantage of the peaceful garden views.

While this sleeps two in a queen bed, this is a STUDIO apartment. Travel cot can be organised by arrangement with a fee. Strictly no pets, no smoking and no parties permitted in this unit.

This unit is self-contained however, if you have a larger party wanting to book, there is also a one bedroom unit, listed separately but can be booked together if available. The two units share a central entrance and laundry area but each has their own private door entry making these separate apartments as required.

Car Rental: If you prefer to drive, car rental services are available in Mandurah. Some of the popular car rental companies in the area include Avis, Budget, and Hertz. This is a good option if you want to explore the surrounding areas at your own pace.

Identity Check & Security Hold
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $500 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.

For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.

Fleeting getaway

The overall feeling was relaxation! The only problem for us was that we were on the first floor which necessitated stairs, so I will request a ground level apartment next time - because we will be back!!
