  • Located in the heart of Scarborough
    Enjoy this beautiful 5 Star Luxury spacious, private villa, with a view overlooking private pool and tropical gardens.140 square metres of living area plus pool and garden area.
    Great space any time of the year.
    Guests love the alfresco and pool area in the warmer months.
    Has a gas log fire where you can curl up in front of with a good book or a glass of wine in the winter months. Or you can enjoy watching one of the latest movies on netflix. There are two recliners at each end of the modular couch.
    The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and gas bbq on the covered alfresco area.
    Outdoor shower with hot and cold water, great place to shower after a early morning swim or surf or a jog around the park.
    Bathroom has large bath and large separate shower.
    Short stroll to local restaurants, cafes and bars and the beach.
    Across the road from parkland and playground.
    Two minute walk to public transport.
    The Villa is non smoking.
    No parties or Functions.

Great place for a re-charge

We had a very relaxing stay. The hostess was very helpful and attentive. The layout of the premises felt like a Balinese resort.

Convenient Location

Property located in a safe well looked after residential area. Convenient walking to local beach & shopping/eating. Hosts Tracey & Kevin provided excellent advice and information about the nearby sites and attractions. BBQ area large enough to entertain 10!

Family Holiday

Beautiful location. The Home fantastic. Clean and well maintained. Outdoor area next to pool, feeling like ya in the tropics. Kids loved it. Park across the road. Short walk to main beach, and shops. Near everything yet secluded. Host - great communication. Suggested areas for us to visit Wouldn't have found them by ourselves. Had a great stay. A1

Perfect position

First time in Perth. This place was situated in the center of adventure. 25 min from the airport.perth Fremantle.and sorento.supermarket and boulevard are 2 min walk. Great base to start for us. Check in and out was fantastic . Property is very private.pool is great when water is warm. So wrong timing for us.(Tas) Lol.. could use aircon in the main living area.ideal for 2 plus 2. Highly recommended. Very big thanks to Tracey our host.

Excellent accueil, l'hôtesse a été très à l'écoute de nos besoins spécifiques . La 2e SDB consiste à une douche extérieure : moyen! Et pas de porte de séparation entre les wc, la douche et le lavabo de la SDB principale qui donne directement dans 1 des chambres.Maison spacieuse et très agréable ainsi que le salon de jardin sous terrasse dont nous avons bien profité. Best place to relax!!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property. It had everything we needed plus more. The property manager was extremely accommodating to some last minute changes. We loved the property so much we extended our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Close to the beach, park across the road and all shopping needs close by. 10/10!!! Highly recommend this property!!

Spacious, well located & great base camp

Stayed here with my wife and a bub under 1, and an adult family member - great amenities and the host was very accommodating. Spacious living area, dining and kitchen space with a nice villa-style outdoor covered area facing the pool. Only minor downside was the bathroom arrangment being within the main bedroom zone makes it a little less private to use, particularly during the night. A second toilet and outdoor shower is available which helps!

Great villa and location

The villa was immaculate and exactly as described. The park across the road was a great bonus as it was too cold to swim and only a 10 min walk to Scarborough Beach.

Awesome Scarborough

We were greeted at the property by Tracey who was able to accomodate an early check in. Great place to relax by the pool with ample shopping and beach within walking distance. Also a great place to base yourself if looking to explore Perth including Rottnest and Rockingham Wild Encounters Eco Tours (Swimming with Dolphins). Absolutely recommend this property!!!

Just Wow!

LOVED our 11 night stay here! Stayed with hubby and two daughters, 26 and 19. On arrival we opened the gate leading to the large pool surrounded by lush tropical plants - beautiful! Large seating area outside the house with comfortable, sufficient sofas and table facing the pool separated by glass screens and hinged panel to keep little ones in! Barbecue, washing machine and drawer units also here. Handy outside shower area and wc to side of house. Interior of house spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated. Kitchen and dining area very well equipped. Sound system an excellent plus. Welcome basket of Christmas goodies very much appreciated! Main bedroom light and airy with doors opening onto pool-facing terrace which catches the morning sun. More than adequate wardrobe space, also in twin-bedded room. Fabulous bathroom, quality toiletries supplied. This property is absolutely immaculate. Located in a quiet street (house has on-street parking and driveway) opposite park only a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a few minutes to beautiful bakery (Harvest - get there by 7am for amazing croissants, breads and pastries), Chinese restaurant, cafes. Tracey is truly a Superhost, very helpful, attentive to her guests needs and happy to give recommendations on places to visit and eat. Can't honestly fault this gem of a find in Scarborough - we would return without hesitation (and hope to!) Thanks Tracey and Kevin for your hospitality!

We had a lovely stay! The house was perfect for our needs over the 2 nights.

BBQ area is a great space to have a drink and a meal. Unfortunately due to the weather, we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful pool. The heating (fireplace) was just perfect! Created a very cosy space to chill out and watch a movie.

The most amazing location, house, host iv ever stayed in and met! Tracey was lovely and let me know what Scarborough and Perth was like, showed me different things to do and was just an amazing host all round ! The house is a 11/10 and I’ll definitely be comeing back to stay and have a coffee with her in the city ! Such a safe house, would be a great getaway for even just a weekend if you live in Perth, feels like Indonesia. Thanks Tracey for an amazing stay !!

Comfortable property in an excellent location

We had a great stay at the Tropical Retreat. The weather wasn't the best, but the accommodation was perfect. Great location. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Our family lived close by and the alfresco area was perfect for entertaining. Thank you Tracey.

Outstanding!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor entertaining area was wonderful as was the pool with a few humid and hot days in Perth. Bathroom was exceptional. Tracey our host was very welcoming and accomodating with wine and cheese on arrival - a real treat! Couldn't fault a thing, we loved the house and we will be back! Thank you Tracey!

An oasis

A gorgeous romantic getaway 15mins from home. Pool and outdoor area are amazing!! Digital tv and comfy lounge amazing! Beds and pillows are luxurious! Bathroom classy and spacious! Host very sweet with wine and cheese board waiting for us on arrival. Id recommend this accommodation not just for visitors to perth, but also to couples wanting a break from life without the drama of being too far from home.

Tropical Retreat

I recently stayed at this amazing hide away for a weekend. I was simply amazed as I walked into the entrance, the pool and outside lounge area. So stylish and outrageously comfy!! Inside has the wow factor too! Huge kitchen , beautiful bathroom and great bedroom. I immediately wanted to live there for the rest of my life!! Loved it!! Nice quiet surroundings yet all that Scarborough has to offer is merely a 2 minute walk away! I highly recommend this gem!!
