Our Creme de le creme No 4 Coach house was originally created as Coach houses to store the horse drawn Carriages for the 19th Centuury Kinfauns Castle. The Traditional stone built B listed buildings in attractive courtyard setting has an idyllic and exceptional accommodation, restored to complement this glorious environment, with careful thought given to our guests enjoyment. The accommodation has been renovated with families, part disabled and the elderly in mind. The accommodation consists of large kitchen with lowered appliances and worktops. Separate utility room. 1 master double Room, ensuite with walk in shower. 1 Twin Bedroom with shower ensuite. On the lower level (2 steps down) 1 Twin Room. Main bathroom with large corner bath and shower. Large lounge featuring a electric liviing flame stone fire place and French doors leading onto an enclosed private Sun Terrace. The Coach house development settles within the beauty of Kinnoull Woodlands just 2 miles from the Centre of Perth.
Recently opened onsite is The Kinfauns stables which hosts an indoor Riding arena, guests can book Horse Riding lessons on go on hacks through the beauty of The Kinnoull Hill Woodlands.

The property is excellent, very well presented with everything you could need. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with Perth on the doorstep. Many things to do and places to visit. Would highly recommend.

beautiful home from home comfort in stunning location

The cottage was incredibly comfortable and spacious- we really loved our stay. Such a warm welcome too. We loved watching the horses and the little walk around the woods and fountain. wonderfully clean and with everything we could possibly need. we also loved Ben the dog, who made sure we were fine too !

Towerview cottage 4

We loved this cottage. It is immaculately presented, well equipped, spacious and has a very homely feeling. A great place to relax and unwind. The owner Susan and her relatives in cottage 2 made us feel very welcome and provided some really useful information about our planned day trips. We hope to return in the near future.

Excellent property with friendly owners

We stayed for four nights. Property spacious and spotlessly clean. Sun was shining and the area was spectacularly scenic with lovely walks nearby. Horse riding, kayaking and gokarting all nearby for the kids. Great place!

The perfect stay for the whole family :)

The coach houses are located on the Kinnoull hill with pretty views and trails all around. Our girls loved being able to watch horses all day long and we enjoyed the quietness and nature around us. The apartment was extremely clean (and I'm very picky with that), well-furnished and also the kitchen was well equipped. It was the perfect place to stay, especially with Covid going on. We'll definitely be back. See you :)

beautiful place on earth

We enjoyed our holiday. Located close to the Castle, the wonderful nature and just a stone's throw from Perth. To do this, the summer weather that is not common in Scotland. Our cottage was very comfortable, generously cut with a summer terrace and an Interior that meets all requirements. We felt very comfortable and thank Susan for the warm welcome.

Family Christmas break.

The excellent location of the property allows good access to town, country walks and main roads linking with other major towns and cities. The Accomodation is well stocked, clean and spacious. It offers a very comfortable home from home experience suitable for families and dog owners too.

A Home from Home

Great accommodation in a wonderful setting. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was provided, except maybe a butler. And the repair and upkeep of the property was excellent. All communication and requests were dealt with promptly, with great professionalism and warmth. If staying in Perth area again Towerview Coach Houses we will certainly look to book again.
