"Great rental for a group of 9 fisherman to enjoy the weekend. The dock is good but for my boat it has to be high tide to use, we did have access to the deepwater ramp on cedar island with this rental. Plenty of space for grilling and chilling. We enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole boards as well.We plan to stay there again in the near future."

"Host is excellent. Home is very clean and has all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable week scalloping and fishing. Home has access to a private neighborhood ramp in close proximity. Parking downstairs is covered with access to water and electric outlets. We had a great time."

"The property is as advertised, with direct access to the Gulf, though the canal will be almost dry at ultra low tide. My kid enjoyed catching blue crabs in the canal when we weren’t busy looking for scallops in the Gulf. The view from the porch is a nice, relaxing way to spend a morning or afternoon.The downsides are so small that they’re barely worth mentioning. The pillows aren’t great and the bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans, so a portable fan is needed to have any air movement. The house...

"It was a very nice house. Good space to dock the boat. The river is idle speed only so it is a long ride to get out into the bay I’d say roughly 40 minutes. "

The ice machine wasn’t there due to the hurricane so we had to make few trips out for ice but other than that I would definitely recommend this house. "

"We had a great time! We had Nana Camp with my grandchildren ranging in age from 7-13. We loved the wildlife, weather, river, and all the provisions you supplied so we could make the most of everything. We tubed, kayaked, roasted marshmallows, played board games, sang, danced and fell exhaustedly to sleep each night."

"This property was the perfect spot for our little party of 3 for a weekend of scalloping. The access instructions were clear, the accomodations were comfy and cozy, and the location was convenient to everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
