"This house has it all and more, from a pancake griddle and ice cream scoop, to plenty of tissues and toilet paper, to puzzles and marshmallow roasting sticks, to all items needed for cooking lobster and other meals. It had everything we could possibly have needed. The property manager was very responsive when we discovered that the disposal wasn’t working and got it fixed within a day. "

"Mid June was lush, everything was green and many flowers in bloom, just lovely. Lots of hiking, birding, some kayaking and Campobello. Had some fog but headed inland a couple days and found clear skies. The cottage is inviting & clean and the studio is inspiring - my husband paints in there. A nice surprise to find the wonderful veggies and greens from Far Out Farms in the fridge. Had a great time and already booked for next year. "

"The cabin was a bit difficult to find, but when we did we were delighted with the accomodations and how well Kelly had stocked it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - so peaceful and comfortable!"

"Jamie and Damon provided everything to make this stay enjoyable. They even provided firewood for the outdoor pit and ingredients for smores!!! What a beautiful, tranquil spot, close to walking trails and the beach. Would highly recommend for your vacation!"

"We loved this place on Orange Lake. Such a cute cabin and relaxing. The living area looked out onto the lake and the kitchen were incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We spent an evening by the fire pit staring at the lake at sunset; they provided ample firewood. Patsy and Ken were great, responsive hosts. This was the first leg of our trip through Maine, and by the end, we were wishing we’d spent two more days at the Orange Lake cabin."

"Firstly Kelly the property manager was amazing when I had a problem with my credit card. Second, the house was very clean! The house was just right for us. Cozy and has good vibes:) yard for the kids and hammock were lovely and can’t beat the kitchen view. Location is close to Quoddy light and lubec center and groceries. All you need is within 10 min. We would happily stay in this sweet little house again."

"Troy’s cabin is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lake is literally just steps away from the door, and there are lots of windows and doors that look out over the water. A pair of geese with 3 chicks hung out right next to us, as did a mallard duck. The location is handy to many places downeast. Troy was helpful and even brought us some local coffee. We can’t recommend his place enough!"

"We loved the River House! Such a cozy vibe & we saw so many lastbugs around the property. Gorgeous wild flowers are a vision & watching the tide on the river flow in & out from every window in the farmhouse. The host. Gabriella was available for every question in minutes. Thank you so much!!"

"Lovely property. Had everything we needed to cook and relax. Very comfortable bed. We stayed here to go to Eastport and to see the Lighthouses in the area. "

"The house was amazing! Lots of Victorian decor. Centrally located in Lubec to all the tourist attractions we were interested in seeing. Geno was a great host. When we had a problem with lighting the outside firepit, he came over in no time. A plus experience. We enjoyed the pool and pool table the last day of our stay."

"We love visiting Lubec, and staying here. It is our second time at this adorable, quiet and beautiful place. "

"We liked having the two separate buildings, the two large beds were really comfortable and clean. My dad mentioned the pull out couch smelled a little like dog. Bathroom was a little small but we were able to make do. The hot water was almost instant and got really hot, which was nice and relaxing. We didn't have any dogs with us for this stay, but I appreciate the fenced in yard. The only major complaint we had was the door lock system. The main building unlocked easily enough, but to lock it...
