"The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. "

"Staff was lovely. Starbucks was a great perk! Pun intended! Room was spacious and clean. We'll definitely come again. Maloney's Irish pub had great service and food, kids can stay till 10pm. No room service but the list of places that deliver and were within walking distance was lengthy and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect and stayed open a bit after 9 even though they said 6-9am. Those ladies worked hard. Overall a great stay!"

"I did not think Staff was up to standard when i tried to check out. could not get Valet for car. could not get front desk to answer my calls for 15 minutes. Valet left car in front but no one around. had to go to valet office to find my car fob."

"Has to pay 40 dollar by day for parking by day nobody said that before you booking , have to page for internet 10 dollars by day extra , has to pay for pet 40 dollar by day and 50 dollar for corner fee , I know I have to pay but is better if they said something about after reservation I have the choice if I want to cling or not"

"The location is good, close to River Walk and restaurants etc. The room was not too big or too small and nice amenities. However, the coffee machine didn't work, no ice on our floor and no towels for the pool. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay and will likely return on our next trip to Tampa."
