"This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty.
The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...

"飯店樓下有兩間超商，走路10分內可以到光大/汕頭夜市，如果喜歡邊走邊逛可以不用搭grab。
過一條街很多吃的，很多榴槤可以吃。
飯店比較像是民宿，沒有到非常乾淨，但在4分水準之上，沒有提供盥洗用具，有冰箱和微波爐。 有海景可以看，但隔音不是很好，每天晚上都會聽到有人在唱歌到11點多，"
