With its Privative elevator which takes you directly into this beautiful apartment located on the 1st floor. With a cachet out of the ordinary, you will benefit from 2 rooms, one with 1 bed in 140 and the other with 1 bed in 160 having each a room of bath with bath and each his wc. A lounge dining room, another living room with its original kitchen vaulted. It is fully equipped, dishwasher, TV connected, NETFLIX, WIFI .Heating gas city .This apartment has the distinction of having two independent entrances that can seduce 2 couples and each has its independence.

A very unique apartment right at the heart of the city. Two completely separate suites, each with its own bath and toilet. The kitchen is nice, has all the necessities, though no salt or pepper was stocked. For those with accessibility issues the apartment would have been perfect if the bathroom in the area off the elevator had a walk-in shower. The parking right by the private elevator is amazing. One major complaint is the quality of the furnishings. The bedside tables are wine cases-things fall through them, the bedside lamps either have no lampshades or tumble because their base is not heavy enough. The couch in the living room is the most uncomfortable piece of living room furniture, only surpassed by the metal armchairs. The barstools around the dining room table are a great idea, but the chairs themselves are not as comfortable as one would hope. Having said that, the beds are comfortable, so that’s good!

Brilliant apartment in Perigueux

We hade a wonderful stay in Isabelle’s apartment. Checkin was easy, the apartment was very comfortable and clean. All amenities were provided. Isabelle also gave us some excellent local information. Could not be happier.

Des loueurs d'une rare gentillesse. Un appartement de qualité parfais pour deux couples, car l'appartement offre une certaine indépendance. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec un ascenseur privatif, il est situé au coeur de Périgueux. .

Super netter Empfang in einem absolut außergewöhnlichen Ambiente in einem ehemaligen Kloster. Mit dem Aufzug in die Wohnung und direkt weiter in die Altstadt! Toll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Stilvolle Wohnung im Zentrum

Isabelle, die Besitzerin, hat uns bei der Anreise freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zugänge, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist individuell und stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und im Zentrum von Perigueux. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die schöne Zeit dort genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank Isabelle

An ideal place to stay in Perigueux

This comfortable, well-appointed apartment is within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the historic center of Perigueux. With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat. Isabelle was charming and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there again.

Historic Convenient Unique

Met Isabelle and William at the apartment where they showed us around. The apartment had all that was needed for our stay. The allocated car park was so great to have and the elevator too. Isabelle kindly messaged us with restaurant recommendations. The location of the apartment is central but very quiet. Nice too have met the lovely owners . Thank you for the bottle of local wine in our departure

Ein Traum-Urlaub in Périgueux

Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr charmant und auch sehr geduldig, um uns trotz unserer schlechten Kenntnis der französischen Sprache alles zu erklären. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, geräumig und mit allem Komfort perfekt ausgerüstet. Ein Parkplatz ist reserviert, ein Aufzug zur Wohnung ist vorhanden. Der Zugang zur Kathedrale und zur Altstadt ist über eine Treppe ganz leicht zu erreichen. Ein Besuch am Samstag mit dem riesigen Markt ist in Périgueux ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir sind unserer Gastgeberin sehr dankbar und werden sie gerne weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für alles. Gerne würden wir nochmals wiederkommen. Monika und Ruediger Notre hôtesse était très charmante et aussi très patiente pour tout nous expliquer malgré notre mauvaise connaissance de la langue française. L'appartement est très beau, spacieux et parfaitement équipé de tout le confort nécessaire. Une place de parking est réservée et il y a un ascenseur pour accéder à l'appartement. L'accès à la cathédrale et à la vieille ville se fait très facilement par un escalier. Une visite le samedi avec son immense marché est une expérience particulière à Périgueux. Une parenthèse charmante...

Appartement très bien situé au pied de la cathédrale dans les centre historique, place de parking réservée devant la porte, ascenseur privé qui arrive dans l'appartement. Que demander de plus pour une installation pratique dans ce magnifique appartement de caractère. La voiture est restée à la même place pendant tout le séjour car toutes nos promenades et visites se sont faites à pied. L'accueil a été très chaleureux. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur écoute et leurs conseils. Nous avons profité au maximum de ces quelques jours.

Great apartment in an interesting building.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this unusual apartment. The location and private parking made it extremely convenient for visiting Perigueux. Isabelle was a delightful host and responded quickly when we had problems with the hot water.

Stylish apartment in great location

We had a really wonderful stay in Perigueux. The apartment is stylish and quirky. Having the two entrances is fun - one is the lift, which opens directly into the apartment, and the other feels like a secret staircase, and takes you out onto the steps directly below the cathedral. The location is great, very central, and having the parking space right outside is very convenient. Isabelle and William met us at the apartment to show us round and were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Perigueux itself is really charming. All in all, a great stay.
