"A beautiful cottage set in a wooded camp on Portage Lake. We kayaked and canoed. Very rustic, but super comfortable. Washer/dryer was a bonus! Hiked up Hedgehog Mountain, drove on to Fort Kent. Grilled some fish and relaxed on the wonderful covered patio. "

"The property was very well provisioned with everything from toiletries to kitchen essentials. The host (Phil) was VERY responsive and helpful, he even dropped off a grill to help to make a couple of our meals better. He was also super flexible when I made an error with our booking.
No moose on this trip, but couldn't have asked for better lodging in Limestone.
Hopefully will return in the future for snowmobiling or ATVing."

"Where do I begin? This home was absolutely beautiful, pristine, everything was brand spanking new and done with such care and thought. The view of the lake was simply gorgeous, and we had so many wonderful memories made … a sunset “cruise” with our kayaks, watching a family of loons (6 babies!) and geese visit our beach, a night of s’mores around the fire, the moon reflecting off the water, and stargazing on the dock.
