"Dormi pessimamente dois dias com ar condicionado que não funcionou. Quando do check in avisei na recepção que havia saído de outro hotel pela falta de ar condicionado, mesmo assim não fui atendido. Duas noites sem dormir e’ muito complicado, terrível. Nota zero."
