"The rooms were great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are kind of thin and you can here other rooms next to you. People were taking long showers and we could here everything. Nice T V'S but they are set on a certain volume and you couldn't here some programs. This is a problem for someone hard of hearing already. Other than that I still recommend it as a good choice to stay at. We stay there a lot and will continue to do so when in the area which is about 5 times a year."

"The A/C worked but was loud, it was an older motel and mostly clean. My mother who is in her 80’s like the grab bar in the shower. We were by the stairs and ice machine and the noise from other guests were louder than the a/c. Worked for the night but glad we didn’t stay there for our vacation. "

"The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The curtains were ripped, the room stank, the comforters had cigarette burns, the pillow cases had stains on them, the door looked like it had been kicked in. Very bad vibe, I ended up staying someplace else. The front workers were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again."

"You get what you pay for here and it was an inexpensive solution to an unexpected stay. There are no frills but you didn't pay for any. I couldn't shower because my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and u was afraid to get in the shower. Office staff was super nice."

"People out in the parking lot smoking marijuana and people out walking all the the parking lot and hanging around their vehicles. Hard time finding room. My wife and I DID NOT feel safe. Will not recommend"

However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...

"A newer hotel (as of writing this review in 2026) that has the right staff in place, comfortable and clean rooms, and a convenient location to the airport. It has the potential to be great. However, if you have a family with children, I don’t recommend it whatsoever. The listing says kids (under 12) eat free, but when eating dinner at their so-called full restaurant, there wasn’t even a kids menu or kids section and you had very few choices to pick from.
