"Every interaction with staff members was excellent. Every employee was very helpful. We had adjoining rooms with one being a suite, and it was perfect. The restaurant was convenient with excellent outdoor dining. During our stay, the hotel was busy with a wedding and other parties, but besides seeing the people in the lobby, we would have never known there were such big events going on. The elevator was fast and we never had to wait long. The floors and rooms were quiet and clean. "

"The suites were quite nice with a good breakfast selection and a nice kitchenette with fridge. My only gripe is the sofa bed was way too flat and the bathroom had an awful barn door that doesn’t lock or close shut completely."

"Excellent location to airport. Walked over on a nice sidewalk. Good breakfast reasonably priced. Quiet. Facility was a little worn as far as hall and room carpets but with the amount of traffic understandable. Nice little gift shop with essential items. Bought some $2.50 candy bars and snack to take on flight since same items at airport $6 +. Several elevators throughout the building. Easy access to Interstate and main city streets. Large common area in lobby area. "

"The room was really clean and nice to be in! View was great, fold out bed was comfortable normal beds were comfortable! Little things that could be improved. Maybe a fridge with a freezer if you're traveling to keep things anyways. Being able to have a bath is an option would be nice but I understand that's not necessarily what this room is set up for. Not a problem for our trip because we booked in advance of the change, but the front desk kind of implied that breakfast would no longer be...
