"I had Hamza as a receptionist. He was amazing. He was very nice and genuine. It felt like I wasn’t talking to a robot and I was talking to somebody that cared about his job. He made this process very easy. I would rate service 5 out of 5 ! But I would rate my visit 3 out of 5 just due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Absolutely nothing to do with the service I got from the employees !! I cannot appreciate them enough quest Penrith should be really fortunate for the employees they have....

"Nice and clean. Great mini kitchen set up - tea, coffee, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery etc. Staff were super friendly. Even called within 15 mins of us leaving to let us know we’d left something in the room, meaning we were able to go back and get it! "

The hotel personnel, Garmina, who checked us in was professional and genuinely wanted to help me with my queries. I can't say the same for other front desk staff I encountered throughout my short stay as they seemed more keen to avoid eye contact.
