"This house was the dream home for our family of 8 vacation! Beautifully maintained, everything we needed for family dinners, and gorgeous spots to just relax and talk. It was a joy sleeping to the sound of the river and chirping frogs. We loved gathering on the wide veranda for coffee every morning before heading out to explore Hilo!"

"This is a beautiful home sitting on a beautiful property. Very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Wonderful porches and patio's to sit out and enjoy the day.With no AC, the house can get a little warm but cools off later in the evening.The house was nearly perfectly clean and the floors are beautiful; however, the floors need a thorough moping which I would image is due to the windows being open for airflow.We would certainly recommend this property for future stays and would...

"Beautiful home and location. Beach across the street is rocky but gorgeous. We saw several large turtles grazing on the shore. Beach/park is public and can sometimes have locals with loud entertainment, etc. Still a wonderful stay!"

"My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at Hale Laule’a with terrific hosts Jennifer and Chad. Their resort is nothing short of extraordinary and we were incredibly grateful to be able to stay and experience it. We stayed in the one bedroom Banyan suite which was spacious and comfortable, eagerly looking forward to the provided breakfast on the lanai. Spectacular ocean points were a short walk down the road. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"Honestly, such a beautiful home to stay in. The views alone are magical. My family loved this place so much. Waking up early for sunrise on the rocks was so beautiful. "This little place was perfect! We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. The geckos were a lot of fun. The outdoor shower was so nice. We had an issue with the door lock at check in and the owner responded immediately and fixed it, it worked great the rest of the stay. 5 stars for the house and host. Only giving 4 stars for the "neighborhood" only because there were lots of barking dogs. It really wasn't an issue for us, just letting folks know in case that's an issue for anyone else. "
