"We had a great stay at this property. Looked just like the pictures. Plenty of room to spread out. Clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again if we weren’t moving to Peoria already "

"Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! "

"The house was exactly as described online. Clean and comfortable for our entire family. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our requests. The beautiful pool and patio was the highlight of our stay. Adults and kids loved it."

"The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. "

"My family of 6 stayed for a few nights while we had a sporting event held at the Civic Center. Loved that it was only a 5m drive! Beds were super comfortable and parking was easy. My kids absolutely loved the “game” room upstairs too! "

"The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental."

"The property was great for what we needed. Close to plenty of restaurants & nice neighborhood. The only issue we had was there was only one TV in the house ...it wouldbe nice to have one upstairs or other bedroom so we could watch seperate Tv's. The trash next to the house piled up was quite unsightly when pulling up bur that could be a trash company issue. Over all we had a grest stay...nice comfy beds!bedrooms ...so everyone could"

"Overall stay was great. Checkin process was seamless with no issues! I’ve booked with this host multiple times, different houses & both the houses and host were great. House was nice, comfortable, & clean when arrived. Only thing is I could not figure out the AC/Heat system & there was no dustpan with the broom. They have a nice basement area & sleeping space. Definitely recommend to book with this host!"
