"Loved the kitchenette"

"Room was very adequate for the price of the hotel. Bed was quite comfortable (mattress not too firm). I was put in a handicap assessable room, and it was not convenient for me to use the shower since I’m not handicapped (water pressure was low and water got all over the bathroom floor). I was one of the last people for breakfast, but from what I could see and taste, the breakfast was not very good. But it was included in the price."

"I liked the lower price for such a clean and large room. The beds were comfortable. I would of liked a firmer mattress although it was still very comfortable. I would stay there again if I was in the area. Thanks."

"They do not have anyone bring towels or clean rooms except every three days. Pool is so warm and strong with chemicals its not enjoyable. Breakfast was great, different each day and options. Required rooms close with family staying months before coming and had us on separate floors. I will be looking at other options for our next trip."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was beyond expectations and the fresh coffee bar outstanding. The room was spacious and modern. We loved the soft sheets and pillow selections. We were able to keep the temperature just right for a good nights sleep. Will stay here again!"

There wasn’t an elevator so had to climb steps no coffee maker in room didn’t like the fact I had to pay an extra 100 dollars for my two dogs that were with us I could see having to sign a pet policy and be charged if animals damaged anything people with well behaved animals shouldn’t have to incur these charges it was money taken out our pockets to have for trip.outside entry doors were not locked which is a safety hazard for guests.The only...

"Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

"They added a few things to the breakfast bar. Coffee is great. Staff is wonderful. This is my second time staying there. Easy access to everything in the area. The rooms could be swept better. But not complaining."

"Breakfast 24/7 free bottled water and fresh cookies on arrival. Clean well maintained pool, easy to find ice machines, clean everything! Morgan, front desk man was excellent. Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++"

"I didn't even get passed the front desk. The lady there was rude when I went to check in. She told me that I can't stay there because I was local and they don't book rooms to locals. What if your house is being fumigated or it caught on fire and you needed a place to stay??"

"Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad.
