Amazing vineyard estate house overlooking KVR trail & Lake Okanagan. Organic wine grapes, vegetables and flowers. A heated swimming pool. Gas Fire Pit, and Hot Tub. Location close to downtown, wineries, restaurants, event centre, BMX park, KVR etc. Two private en-suite bed rooms,a large living room with a Queen pullout bed.with full bathroom, there are black out shades for comfort and privacy.. Bedroom 1, King bed, Bedroom 2, King Bed and Futon, Living room , common area large Queen pull out, room has black out shades, and full bathroom, this opens onto a large patio with the hot tub Lawns and flowers gardens and vineyard with a path leading to the Gas Fire Pit and 50' heated Swimming Pool.. The suite accommodates 6 guests! There is a beautiful Kitchen area with Barbecue etc.you are surrounded by a big lawn, flower gardens, veggie gardens and vineyard. A perfect place for family, 5 acre fenced yard. 3 private entrances and living space. Hot Tub is is on the patio just outside the living room. Pool is a private area for you. There is a wonderful outdoor Gas pit, which also for your private use.. In the winter it is perfect for a winter get-a-way. Apex downhill and Nickel Plate cross country skiing 30 mins, ice fishing at Yellow lake, with many wineries in the area, great restaurants etc.
The space. There are very few places as nice as this estate house. you will have an amazing living room area and kitchen which opens out to a beautiful patio and lawn, surrounded by flower gardens and vineyards. It is a 2000 sq. ft. private ground floor suite. Again with 3 private entrances and lots of parking. A small walk through the flower gardens brings you to a lovely gas fire pit then onto a very private 50' heated swimming pool. The views are breathtaking. One of the best views in the Okanagan.
Guest access:
Access will be through the main gate with a code, then a walk through the garden to your private entrance. Or down a driveway to another private entrance..
**This property is located right in front of a world-class mountain bike trail!**
This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in unless special circumstances, which will be considered. Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

A Perfect Getaway in the Heart of Naramata

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property in Naramata. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning view—absolutely breathtaking and the perfect backdrop for a relaxing escape. The heated pool and hot tub were definite highlights, and we spent hours enjoying both.The two-bedroom basement suite was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thought through, from the cozy linens to the well-equipped kitchen.A special shout-out to George, the property owner, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—his care and hospitality truly set this experience apart.We can’t wait to come back. Stunning Property

This is a meticulously kept property, gorgeous inside and out. The views from the outdoor kitchen and from the pool are stunning. Great proximity to Naramata wineries, the Kettle Valley Trail and close enough to Penticton to easily grab supplies if needed. George was responsive to all queries and was a great host. We hope to return!

Girls trip

Was a lovely place to stay. Beautiful views, loved the fire bowel and very comfortable beds. Nice to wake up and sit outside with a coffee listen to the birds and feel warm breeze. Two of our group enjoyed many moments in the pool. Friendly host with great pride in their home. (Would have preferred a little less contact with the homeowner).

Great Long Weekend!

The host George was super nice and answered any questions we had during our stay. The house was clean and was perfect for my family. The pool was nice and kept very well. The hot tub was clean and just the right temperature. The location was perfect for wine touring our favorite vineyards. Beautiful Stay

My friends and I had a great weekend stay at this home, the views are beautiful and it's an excellent location close to the KVR and wineries. The pool was not available for us to use which was a surprise however the kind host gave us two bottles of wine to make up for it, and the hot tub was running well. Easy communication with the host. I would recommend staying here to family and friends! Thanks!

Very well cared for property

The rental suite is beautiful. It has a very nice outdoor dining area, and the hot tub is private. There is a well cared for yard and gardens all around. This is an exceptionally well cared for suite. Excellent location for visiting wineries on the Naramata bench. It is easy walking distance to 2-3 well known tasting rooms. FYI, the suite is on the lower level of the property. It's not a basement, it is the lower ground level. The property manager lives in the upstairs.

Penticton Perfection At The Grand Vineyard Estate

We were fortunate enough to stay at the Grand Vineyard Estate for four nights in September…Little did we know that choosing this place would make our visit to Okanagan valley such a one of a kind experience. The apartment is the separate/lower level of the larger home..Spacious, well appointed, stylish and clean. It faces Lake Okanagan, with a private driveway leading past fruit trees and flower gardens. At all times of day, you feel privileged to look on the world class view of lake, vineyards, and mountains. Truly, as much as we enjoyed all of our excursions, it was difficult to leave in the mornings..as no other spot around the lake seemed to top where we were staying! We were also blessed meeting George, the wonderful owner of the estate. We had a very warm greeting on arrival and a reluctant farewell when it was time to go. The rest of our stay felt very private, and we really enjoyed the architectural (and horticultural) masterpiece that George and his family have created on this property. George also recommended Pedego to rent electric bikes and ride the Railway Trail up the “bench” and look down upon the spectacular lake, wineries and homes of Penticton. This was a highlight of the trip, and the Abandoned Railway Brewery on the Trail is not to be missed! Many thanks to George and his wife for an unforgettable experience at the Grand Vineyard.

We highly recommend this property. The location is conveniently close to Penticton, great views, private and peaceful. The amenities were perfect! We loved the pool and hot tub. The Perfect Quiet and Private Getaway

The property speaks for itself. Quiet, private, and full of amenities (pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc). The owner, George, was especially fantastic and helpful, making our stay very comfortable and memorable. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Sangria and Sunsets

Girls weekend for 6 ladies in their late 40s. The house is located 5 minutes from Lakeshore Drive on Okanagan Lake, and along Naramata bench with 40 wineries to choose from. George, the host, was so lovely and the home has everything. We spent most of our time either cooking in the outdoor kitchen and enjoying the sunsets, or lounging by the heated pool with an ice cold beverage. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again someday.

Wonderful Time

Great location and property!

What a view! The location and pool are the icing on the cake for this property. My family loved it! Couple things that are not clear in the listing is that you don’t have access to the whole home, George and his family live upstairs. It didn’t take away from our stay, it was just a surprise to us. Also, the listing says 3 bedrooms. The rental has 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. We all slept fine, again it was just not what we expected. George is very friendly and accommodating.
