Escape to paradise at Phoenix X 1402, a beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo offering 800 sq. ft. and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. Ideal for couples or small families, this bright and inviting retreat combines coastal serenity with unbeatable access to entertainment and adventure.

Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy refreshing breezes and stunning Gulf views—the perfect place to start your morning or unwind after a day in the sun. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa + 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The only thing better than the views is the location. Phoenix X sits right next door to the legendary Flora-Bama, famous for daily live music, cold drinks, fun events, and its unbeatable beachfront atmosphere. Just across the street, you'll find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club and Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports, offering jet ski rentals, pontoon boats, fishing charters, and more—everything you need for a full vacation without ever getting in your car.

Guests at Phoenix X also enjoy top-tier resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, kiddie splash pad, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, wallyball court, basketball goal, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sand.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Loved the room, decor. Very clean. The view was amazing and breathtaking. Loved drinking my coffee on the balcony. We also enjoyed being in walking distance from the Flora Bama bar as well as the yacht club. One day it was a misty rain so we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. Such a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Condo had what we required for our basic needs. It is nothing fancy. Early check-in and late check-out were offered at a highly inflated price. We were fine with the extra distance but others might want to know that the parking garage is on the far side of building so if you are staying in a condo with number x01, x02, x03, those are the farthest from the parking garage. There was a gross brown stain on sofa, broken garbage can, and broken wine opener. Only one tiny skillet.

It was all very nice and beautiful. A couple of minor things. The corkscrew is broken. The bottom of the shower door needs attention. But the worst was when there were high winds there was a load hollowing coming thru the main door. That is almost enough to keep us from renting again.

Walls were very dusty, light fixture over dining table was very dusty, pans were nasty, I went out and bought my own pan to cook in, shower gasket was moldy- other than these things, we had a good time. Great location, condo itself was nice, people that helped with reservations were very helpful and friendly.

The condo was slightly overpriced. The linens for the bed did not fit and the hand towels were grey from previous usage of makeup removal. The window in the bedroom did not offer an option to manage the natural lighting. The balcony did not offer any privacy After paying for chairs on the beach non-paying persons were able to set up in front, many other properties do not allow that to happen. Easy check-in and covered parking were a plus but should be included in the rental.
