Enjoy the lush natural suroundings from one of the huge decks or come indoors to a spacious living area featuring a 70" 4K TV and a Sonos sound system. Each bedroom has 2 new plush eurofoam beds. The large home features original artwork and large windows throughout so you can enjoy the beautiful trees surrounding the home.

This unique home features a large yard & relaxing views of the bay & towering trees, over 1000 sqft deck, big screen TV, large open living room, original artwork, and a huge master suite. Great location short drive from beaches parks & trails. 10 mins from historical downtown, bars and restaurants. 10 mins to Pensacola Airport 25 mins to Pensacola Beach 28 mins to NAS 1 hour to Fort Walton/Destin.

Conveniently located near the intersection of I-10 & Scenic Highway. We're just 5 miles to the airport, 7 miles to downtown Pensacola & wedding venues, 12 miles to the Caribbean blue water & white sugar sand of Pensacola beach, 1 mile from historical chimney park & trails, 5 miles to Bayview park & public boat launch, 12 miles to NAS Naval Station, Aviation Museum, light house & Blue Angels Headquarters. You can view the Angels practice a few days a week in the summer months. If you've never experienced them it's a must see. The aviation museum is also free and is absolutely massive. They have multiple huge hangers with hundreds of aircraft on display.
If you want to fish or kayak Chimney Park has a bayside beach. Pensacola Paddlesports offers kayak and SUP board rentals at very reasonable rates from Bayside Park.
If you're coming primarily for the beach make sure and check out historical downtown Pensacola off Palafox Street. The downtown area is very charming and is gone to many iconic bars, restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shops. They have Gallery Night one Saturday night a month where they close of Palafox for car traffic and you admire or purchase locally made art work.

AMONG THE TREESJust like living in a treehouse. So many beautiful live oaks and other foliage. Had coffee and tea every morning on the deck listening to the birds chatter. This place is for those who love nature. WE DO!!!

This house was perfect for our family of seven adults. Ample space!The home itself is beautiful, and it’s obvious the owners put a lot of care into both the décor and the renovations. Of the 4 full bathrooms, 3 had been fully renovated—one with a sleek, modern style, and two with tropic, fun designs. The fourth bathroom was perfectly functional, just without the same “wow” factor as the others.Every bed was firm and comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals on the stove (we didn’t try the oven). There were both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, a user-friendly dishwasher, and a spacious fridge and freezer that were nice and cold.The garage was stocked with plenty of beach gear, including chairs, floaties, and toys. There were beach towels we could borrow, wash, and return too. Honestly, the house had everything we could have asked for.And—most importantly for Florida in August—the A/C was fantastic! With two separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs, we could keep every space perfectly comfortable.The only word of caution is for guests with toddlers or elderly travelers who have trouble with stairs. There are some delicate items in curio cabinets, a few at toddler height (perhaps the owners could remove them on request). The staircase to the 2nd floor is steep. While there's a main-level bedroom with a queen bed, anyone wanting one of the upstairs rooms will need to manage stairs.

Brace yourself

One word sums this place up; MAGICAL. Very spacious for large groups, peaceful, and so beautiful and relaxing. From colorful azalea bushes and huge shade trees to spacious decks/balconies and tables for large groups. Chess and board games are supplied for some family fun. And parks nearby to take the littles to play!! Nearby stores for quick trips to the grocery store, as well as a mall nearby. This house feels centralized to many of the places one would want to visit. Tons of restaurants and beaches to explore. The options are endless. The host/hostess were prompt when responding to messages from me. Friendly, kind and helpful. Beds are super comfy, and the hot water and water pressure were outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay here for the week and hope to stay again this summer.

It was a big place, plenty of room and luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped, which was important for me, since I cooked the family meals. Plenty of seating for family and other guests. Great views of the bay, and nice old oaks on the property. Very nice neighborhood.

a quiet area, with Bay views from the front and back yards. Convenient to move about the Pensacola area. Nicely furnished and the host, Shanna, always responded promptly for all requests. We will definitely stay here again.

Huge, perfect place

Communication with Shanna was wonderful. What a kind and considerate person! The house was perfect for our large family. 4 bedrooms/4 baths were a huge bonus. Bedrooms were quiet. Living room was large enough for all to sit comfortably. We had meals outside on the 2 decks. Tables outside can comfortably seat 18 total. Shanna made sure we had enough propane to grill on the nice BBQ. Relaxing to sit outside in such a green, beautiful and quiet backyard. Also enjoyed the front yard swing with a pretty, though distant water view. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Nice to be able to pull into the garage to park. Beautiful (and high-end) neighborhood was great for walks in the mornings. We'd definitely stay here again - just hope it's available.

Lovely Home

Perfect for our group, we had 8 people staying. Plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the back porch as our gathering area at night. Enjoyed a swing on the newly installed bench swing outside. We will book again if available.

Wonderful stay!

We came in for my sister's wedding and this home was perfect for my family. We actually did the cake cutting in the dining room (~10 people) and it was more than spacious. The hosts were very accomodating and communicated well.

Wonderful place to relax and have a gathering!

We greatly appreciate the accuracy of how this house is represented. The owners are very easy to contact and check in and out instructions are clear and easy to do. Such comfortable beds, very spacious, felt spoiled! Would want to stay here every time I come back to Pensacola! Loved it!!

Enjoyed our Family Reunion and Vacation

We were in Pensacola for a family reunion. The home was located 10 +|- minutes from the main event and shopping centers. The home is absolutely beautifully decorated. I was a little nervous about all the fragile items. I moved a couple items to prevent any accidental breakages. 😉 All of the beds were soooo comfortable, especially the day bed in the living room, all the men were fighting over using it for nap times. Everyone enjoyed the deck, we spent a lot of our free time relaxing outside. A welcome surprise that beach towels and beach equipment were available for our use. We did see a couple of roaches in the kitchen, we found bug spray in the cabinets. And there were no kitchen towels. The family complained about there was only one TV in the entire house and we initially did not have sound for it. Overall it was a great stay, there were 10 of us, the house was so large we were not on top of each other.
