Magnolia House looks small from the front but felt huge inside. We loved the lay out: it basically divides into two halves, one side is living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry/mud room (with access to the back patio) while the other side has the three bedrooms and the bath. With a door between the back bedroom and the laundry/mud room you can walk in a circle throughout the whole house if you want to. The house has a very cool character to it.
The back patio/yard area is cool and super private. The business to one side (that faces the main road) is not open so there's no activity there. The back fence and the other side both butt up against an empty green (trees, etc.) space that is fenced in and locked. (I kind of want to buy that space and put a little house on it!). So effectively there are no neighbors except across from the front of the house. I should also add, because it was an important factor for us, that the privacy fence not only made it feel even more secluded, but also made it a safe place for our dogs to roam freely.
Communication before, during, and after our stay with Shanna was quick, helpful, and friendly. Add all of this up together and it meant that it was harder than usual for us to leave, the place felt so much like home!
