  • Hermosa y muy limpia casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos en un canal que conduce a la Bahía de Pensacola y al Golfo de México. Usted tiene acceso a las playas de Pensacola, Perdido, Destin y Gulf Shores desde su muelle privado de 50 pies. Trae tu bote y estarás listo. O bien, puede disfrutar de la cubierta cubierta con vista al canal con una barra húmeda tiki, que cubre más de 450 pies cuadrados. Los ángeles azules ...? ¿Mencioné que estamos justo al final de la pista norte a los ÁNGELES AZULES? Desde la terraza, disfruta practicando los Blue Angels, con el mejor asiento de la ciudad. Se incluye un congelador en el pecho para guardar su pesca del día, o hielo para excursiones en barco durante todo el día. Enfrente de la casa hay estacionamiento para hasta tres vehículos con estacionamiento cubierto. Estamos ubicados a 10 minutos de la Estación Aérea Naval (NAS), hogar de los Blue Angels y de un museo con un teatro Imax. Algunas de las playas en coche son Perido Key a unos 15 minutos, Pensacola Beach a 25 minutos y las playas de Orange y Gulf Shores a unos 20-25 minutos. Nuestra casa está decorada con colores de playa y un tema de playa y náutico. El gran dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen con un baño principal adjunto ENORME y puertas francesas que conducen a la cubierta cubierta de 450 pies cuadrados. Puedes despertarte mirando el hermoso canal. Fuera del dormitorio principal, el baño principal tiene su propio conjunto de puertas francesas, con una gran ducha y lavabos para él y para ella. En el baño principal, también hay un amplio armario con vestidor. La sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor están en un área abierta, por lo que puede visitar mientras prepara su comida. Nuestra cocina completamente equipada incluye lavaplatos, refrigerador, estufa, cafetera, microondas, vajilla, utensilios, encimeras de granito y madera, barra de desayuno con taburetes y despensa muy grande. La mesa de la cocina tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Fuera de la cocina está la lavadora y secadora. La cómoda sala de estar contiene un Smart 43 "TV por cable con reproductor de DVD. Nuestra casa tiene WIFI también. Al final del pasillo se encuentra el segundo baño, con ducha, y dos dormitorios más. Una habitación tiene una cama queen, un gran armario y un Smart TV con cable. Al otro lado de esta habitación se encuentra el tercer dormitorio con amplio armario, 2 camas individuales y TV por cable.

Tim and Donna have a beautiful house and they were so great to work with! The place was convenient to the Navy museum, the Blue Wahoos Stadium, and the beaches. We loved fishing the canal from the dock out back in the evenings. The whole stay exceeded our expectations for a long weekend getaway, so much so that we said we would love to live someplace just like this. Definitely going to add this spot to our favorites list so we can visit any time we are in Pensacola!

Awesome time!

The house was beautiful, close to everything. 10 minutes from the beach by boat. The house had everything we needed to cook and accommodate our needs.We had an awesome time visiting family. Can't wait to stay again next year.

Family vacay

Our stay was awesome! If you're looking for a Florida get away with out all craziness of staying on the beach, this is perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and easy access to everything you need. The house was perfect for our family vacation! It had a little something for every member to enjoy. The blue angels practies were phenomenal to watch. Definitely recommend this property!!! :)

Didn't leave the venue in a car the whole week. We were on the boat every day; going out for lunch/dinner, hanging out on the islands, and fishing. This place checks all the boxes for boating and fishing.

Thanksgiving Stay

Once again, our stay was wonderful. We’ve stayed here several times over the past several years. The house is always clean and ready when we get there. My brother lives in the neighborhood so it’s perfect and very convenient. Even though we didn’t bring our boat this time, it’s nice to be on the canal to see the fish and crabs in the water. It’s a quiet area and is close to everything while still being out of the way. We can’t wait to come back this summer!!

Decent place but crazy host.

Overall that place was decent. The problem occurred when we checked out. The host began to harass us for an hour through text messages about how we left the place trashed. We hand washed all of the dishes we used, wash most of the towels, took all the trash out, clean the kitchen, swept the floor. We asked for pictures and the only pictures he send was a bag of bread left on the counter, the clean towels in the basket in front of the washer, a couple of water bottles in the bedroom, and the beds not being made. Obviously Tim has high expectations and expects the mobile home to be left better then he had it when the tenant arrived. There was a cleaning fee that was charged at the time of booking but he was upset the beds were not made, I hope he washes the bedsheets every time someone returns the house because blows my mind how he is sending pictures of the beds not made. My brother got hurt on his deck because one of the boards was sticking out and he was furious we used the first aid kit. We did not take pictures of how we left the house but have the pictures Tim sent us proving we did not leave the house of disaster. Just makes me wonder how many people he harass after they check out. Never did he get a noise complaint from the neighbors or any issues from us.

Wonderful location + Family Friendly

Home base for multi-generational family on the go in different directions. This rental was in the right place for us. Fishing on the canal off the back porch was fun for the kids. The beach was super close. Everywhere we wanted to go was only 10 minutes away. We can’t speak to fixing any meals there- we were visiting family and either ate there or out but enjoyed having a place to return to and unwind after busy days but the back porch looked like it would be fine for entertaining with a few more places to sit!

Bring Your Boat!!

This canal front property has everything you need to have a wonderful boating vacation! We’ve stayed in the Bayou Grande Villa many times, but this was the first time we’ve used this particular rental. Having dockage on the canal is a wonderful time saver! Plus, being from a freshwater state, I didn’t have to keep dunking my trailer in the salt every day! A definite plus! The owner was very fast to respond to any questions we had. The place was very clean and served us well. We had a great vacation! Highly recommended!!

Great fishing trip

Great spot to stay if you plan to fish in Pensacola area. Canal and bayou grande connects to Pensacola Bay. Marina less than 1 mile away for convenient gas and bait. Property owner was very responsive to all my questions. Place was extremely clean and as advertised. Plan on going back next year.

Perfect for our vacation

Close to Big Lagoon State Park, Perdido Key and Naval Base. The home was clean and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this one in mind for future visits.
