Beach access directly in front of this amazing condo to put your "toes in the sand" on the sugar white sand of Pensacola Beach. Whether you're just taking in the panoramic views, watching for dolphins, listening to the live music at Peg Legs while lounging out on the covered patio in the evening while also listening to the pool waterfall, gazing at the beach lights at night, enjoying the sunrise or sunset, want the best seats for the Blue Angels' show or watching 4th of July fireworks light the sky over the beach, this large balcony does not disappoint for this suite...and being able to walk next door to Peg Leg Pete's or our local convenience store doesn't hurt either. Straight-on Pier Views to watch the Blue Angel Air Show from the confort of this suite: restrooms, air conditioning, kitchen/entertaining areas, etc. This building also has one of the nicest pools and hot tub areas on the beach. This unit is quiet and sleeps up to 8 comfortably (both bedrooms have water views) - the condo has a king bed and private en-suite in one bedroom, a queen and trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom, and queen sleeper couch - offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to eight people Full kitchen with new stainless appliances with dining area that seats 7 inside and 4 outside makes meal time easy. Open living spaces with amazing views and large lanai makes it an enjoyable place for relaxing with friends & family. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a jacuzzi tub and shower combination. The complex has elevator access on every floor and the condo is all on one level. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories. Pool and Hot tub over-looks the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a trolly stop in front of the building that will transport you all over the island to enjoy all Pensacola Beach has to offer or take a short drive or "uber" ride downtown Pensacola for more entertainment and things to do. NAS is now open to the public or drive into Ft Pickens National Park to watch practice shows on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The unit is immaculate! The furniture is in good shape and appropriate for the space. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had all of the needed cookware and the appliances are new. Plenty of needed items were provided like garbage bags, dish soap, and even some laundry detergent. The bath had plenty of towels and the shower has shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash dispensers. I have stayed at the Emerald Dolphin many times over the past 10 years or so and this was the nicest unit we have been in! The host was also very easy to contact and responded quickly! I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I love staying in Pensacola Beach in the winter. This unit is very nice and the complex is located near everything beach and everything Pensacola. Great views, very clean and comfortable. Can't go wrong staying here. The codes can be a little confusing but it gets all figured out. Thank you for the memories.

Absolutely Amazing

Where do I start? Easy booking, quick response. The location is great! It is walking distance from a store, restaurant and the beach. The carts for luggage are top tier. I didn't have to wait for one. The elevator was a stuffy for the entire weekend. More ventilation is needed. The view was absolutely beautiful no matter where I was at the front door or the balcony. The lock on the front door was hi tech. I felt protected. I had some trouble with the keypad used when walking out of the property. Well maintained, very comfortable. The host was very attentive to our needs. I truly loved my stay at The Emerald Dolphin!

Stayed during the week. There was ample parking and the property was quiet. The 7th-floor condo was very clean and offered all the amenities we needed, including beach gear. Nice pool and the view from the balcony is awesome. Location is fantastic--easy walk to the beach, convenience store, trolley stop, and Peg Leg Pete's. Seamless check-in and check-out. Recommend 110%!

Family Beach Weekend

The location was perfect . You can just walk across the street to the beach and there was also a nice pool on the property . However the hot tub was closed down which was a little disappointing. The gate code we were given was incorrect , we communicated with the manager and were given another one . But later that same afternoon it had changed again and we couldn’t get back in . Luckily some other guests told us the new code .The condo was nice . However just a few things probably needed fixing . The shower door handle kept falling off in the main bathroom , the headboard in the master was not attached and the barbecue grill needed a good cleaning .Beyond that , we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views .

Condo was beautiful! Perfectly located across from beach. Stunning views! We loved sitting on the balcony. The pool was refreshing after a long hot day on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Beds were so comfortable. My 2 girls even mentioned that they slept so well. Kitchen and appliances were in perfect condition. We had no problems. The host was quick to respond to questions and so kind. We would love to come back next year!

Family vacation

Property was in a perfect location. Close enough to walk to the ocean, delicious restaurants, or it was nice to sit in the balcony. With views from every window it did not disappoint. The condo was very clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Buzz the Beach

The property totally lived up to description and as said we did see dolphins from the balcony. Plus on Sunday the Blue Angles buzzed the beach just about at our 7th floor level.Pegleg Petes is good but if you want a less formal seating go donwstairs and ask for the marina side, you might see Elvis the resident heron strutting along the deck.To see Blue Angles practice on Tuesday and Wednesday go all the way to fort Picken it cost us 20 for an annual pass to all National Parks in America.If going oin car anywhere avoind busy times there is one road in and all along the beach which cam get bisy but at peak times thr trolley runs
