  • Tucked inside the gated community of Santa Rosa Villas Estates, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for your next beach getaway. With views of the Santa Rosa Sound and just steps to the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll be surrounded by the beauty of Pensacola Beach from sunrise to sunset.

    This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of space to spread out. The sleeping arrangements are ideal with the primary suite featuring a King bed and private access to the third-floor balcony, while a second bedroom also offers a cozy King. The third bedroom includes two Full beds—perfect for kids or friends to share—and the fourth bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a Queen bed, a Twin bed with a Twin trundle.

    Enjoy access to the neighborhood’s brand-new community pool and private pier on the Sound — ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply watching the sunset.

    Inside, the home features a large open-concept living area, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Multiple balconies offer quiet spots for morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. There's also a convenient outdoor shower and covered porch space on the ground level.

    Just a short stroll to the sand and surf, this home is perfectly positioned for beach days, family dinners, and laid-back coastal living.

House is beautiful with everything you could need! Great location with pier/bay, beach, and pool all within walking distance. Pleasantly surprised to find beach items in garage (chairs, toys, umbrellas, wagons, boards). One of the two bikes even worked after pumping up the tires! Minor wear and tear on some walls/surfaces and some linens but nothing major. Loved it overall!!

We had a great time and enjoyed the location. It was a little secluded from all the hustle and bustle, which we liked--even for a busy 4th of July weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This really was the cutest little beach house. The kitchen had everything you could need...both Keurig & drip coffee makers, countertop ice maker, air fryer, plenty of pots/pans/bakeware/flatware/plates, etc. The beds were super comfy, plenty of linens, just be prepared to spread shower times out... hot water runs out fairly quickly. The location is excellent in a quiet little neighborhood, only a couple miles from shops/restaurants. All in all, it was a fabulous stay!

We had great access to pool, sound and beach. Great meals and games in the common room. Kayak and paddle board access a bonus.

The home felt more like being home than being at a vacation rental. It was beautifully furnished with higher end furniture/family room, TVs, etc. As most of the newer homes on Santa Rosa Island, there are steps to get to the main level. On the first floor was a nice size area to accommodate eating, card games or watching tv. The main level bedroom has a king bed which was perfect for the grandparents! A full bath and laundry complete the main level. Upstairs you will find 3 great size bedrooms. 2 share a Jack/Jill type bath. We had 3 little ones so the 2 older ones had their own rooms. For those that have a baby/toddler, the primary closet was large enough for a crib, playpen or blow up bed which we used for a 2 yr old.The primary had another king bed and awesome bathroom. The home was perfect for 4 adults and the 3 kids we had but would easily accommodate 4 adults and 6-8 kids.The kitchen had everything we needed including an air fryer/toaster/oven. My grandkids loved the outdoor shower. It was the most used shower at the home! The extra refrigerator in the garage was perfect for ice for our coolers for the beach. The garage held a treasure trove of beach toys, air tire wagon, floats, nets, kayak, paddle board, grill and more. The home is right beside Portofino which has a convenient car charger. A quick walk across the street is an easy trip to the beach. The bayside has a board walk for fishing or swimming on the days the ocean was too rough. Thanks, we will return!
