3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath provides your party with all the amenities their hearts could desire. Described as the perfect beach house, this gem sleeps seven comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chair with a fold out twin. The master bath has dual sinks and a bath/shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed also. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Nestled between these two bedrooms is the second full bath with two sinks. The half bath is downstairs. There is a huge deck off the master bedroom which offers a bar with stools and a table with four chairs. The deck is also equipped with a propane fire pit with chairs to view the blue waters of the gulf. A private beach access is right out your back door and within a few steps, you are on the beach. This particular beach is one of the best places to surf in Pensacola or just relax. The beach house also offers a one car garage and ample parking for guests. Wireless internet and Direct TV are provided with an array of premium channels for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are waiting to keep the beach towels clean and dry. Everything needed for you and your friends to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach.Three kayaks ,two surfboards ,two beachcruiser bikes ,and two paddle boards are there for your enjoyment.The address is 1682 calle bonita if you would like to GPS it to show exactly where it is and how close it is the the gulf.

Our stay was great! Clean, comfortable and well stocked. I was able to find anything i needed. Host was awesome too. I had no reason to contact him throughout the stay but he was fast to respond to check in and out messages. Very happy with this stay :)

While the toys connected woth this site are OUTSTANDING, the property was quite poorly maintained. Black mold on walls in the bathrooms, the floors, dirt layered atop the baseboards. The king bed had a broken headboard and was poorly repaired. The support legs beneath the master bed were missing or broken. There were various colors of hairs in all three beds with the overall appearance as though the cleaning crew had failed their assigned job on multiple occassions. The beds sincerely lioked as though someone slept in them then just remade the beds. Sheets were torn, the walls were scuffed, etx. The owner was notified and he was VERY EMBARRASSED. He lives out of state and was not alerted to the decline of the property. He happily refunded our money understandably but it did leave us scrambling for a new place to stay for the trip at the last minute. Mold is not an option for waiting on a cleaning crew. So overall a dissappointing vacation with a respectful property owner. I do wish him the best in acquiring a better cleaning crew and keeping tabs on his jnvestment property.

We had a great time in Pensacola Beach! Although the condo could use some updating, we really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, etc as well as the plethora of toys, chairs, googles etc for use in the garage - perfect for anyone traveling with kids!!!

All about beach access and vacation toys!

We stayed in this beach townhome for 5 days and it had everything we needed for a laidback beach vacay. We went out the back door and took about 60 steps down a sandy path directly to the beach. The garage is FULL of every beach toy you can imagine. We enjoyed riding the bikes from the quieter neighborhood where the house is located to the hustle & bustle near the pier. We also visited The Local, a convenient market and coffee shop located almost across the main road from the property. Both showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, mugs, glassware, utensils, drip coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, and even a few cooking staples. The beds were comfortable. Excellent communication at check-in.

Perfect location

Location was key for us. Great communication with host. The place is fully stocked with more beach toys than you have time to use. Also, surprisingly quiet area, especially for Memorial weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property! Had everything needed for the beach & short walk to the Gulf. Just what we were looking for in a place for a beach vacation & dog friendly. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Quiet & cute neighborhood.

our favorite!

this is the 3rd or 4th time booking this place. you cant beat the location or the easy communication with the owner. does it need updates? yes. does every other condo we have stayed in need updates? yes. we arent coming to the beach to hang out inside! we love it! 6 of us stayed easily. has everything you need for the beach except beach towels. will be back, of course!

Family Oriented Vacay Spot

The property is a perfect location for a family beach trip! The home provided everything that is needed to comfortably enjoy a beach trip. It was a quick walk to the beach! It is pet friendly and the dog beach is conveniently down the road. Also the trash bin is very close by. The owner is very nice and professional- quick communicator. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would make another return in the future. road.

Quiet with easy beach access

The accommodations were very comfortable. Older unit but maintained well. Access to the beach was very easy. There were so many beach toys, you want for nothing! The area was very quiet but close enough to the crowds if you wanted it!
