"The communication was seamless. The house was completely clean. Location ideal. We had access to everything we wanted and needed for a wonderful visit. The views are dreamy. The kitchen fully equipped. The bed was comfy. All the amenities - screen room, decks, fireplaces and fire pit, canoes and on and on - were as described and in perfect order. There was space for quiet times alone and gathering times w whatever crew you have w you. Again, location. So close to Bemidji, Lake Itasca, so many...

"We stayed here with our 6 teen/adult children. We absolutely loved it. The house has so much space. All the little details were thought of. The bedrooms each had plenty of spare bedding with great pillows, each room had a fan, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Bathrooms all had lots of toilet paper and soap. We appreciated that there was coffee in the kitchen, as well as paper towel and dish soap. Even the showers had a supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We loved...

"Great house with great bonus room! Beds were really comfy and it was a great home base for our fishing tournament on cass lake. Boat trailer parking was a little different but we made it work. Neighborhood was just ok. Locked all doors and took anything of value out of the boats at night and locked compartments. Overall ot was perfect for us and would stay again!"

"This home is incredible. Plenty of room for everyone, well cared for, and absolutely gorgeous. They supplied pretty much everything you would need which is rare for rental homes. You really only need groceries. Our only regret was not staying longer. We will be booking this property again!"

"Simple, comfortable, super tidy, well-thought out guest cottage. Fair amount of road noise in the day if windows are open, but not disruptive for relaxing/sleeping. Liquor store and couple good places to eat very nearby. "

"Our stay was amazing. It was everything we hoped for and more. Jan did a wonderful job of equiping the cabin. So much so that, being first timers, we brought more items than we needed to. The fishing was good. The surroundings were great. We kept busy with activities in the surrounding area. The only negative I have is that we didn’t book it for 2 weeks instead of one. Maybe Jan will allow us next year. We loved it."

"Was a great space for my family of 6 adults. It is a very new property. The photos don't really do it justice...It is larger and nicer than I expected. Very happy with each of the rooms. An unexpected surprise was the hockey net and pucks at the nearby marina which provided some exercise and entertainment. We had a couple of minor issues...sticking deabolt that delayed entry at check-in and refrigerator water dispenser was not functional. Host quickly communicated about both issues, though the...
