Dog-Friendly Retreat for Couples

This cottage accommodates up to 4 guests and features an en-suite bathroom with a separate toilet. A mezzanine above the living room offers two single beds, accessible by ladder. With limited ceiling height, this area is suitable for children aged 10 and up or able-bodied adults for occasional use.



Enjoy a private, fully enclosed garden—perfect for a peaceful stay with your pet. The private terrace, equipped with a barbecue, table, and chairs, overlooks the Boudysou valley, making it ideal for relaxing outdoors.



Guests have access to the estate’s facilities: a large saltwater pool (11 × 5 m) open from May to October, a games room, and a relaxation area with a jacuzzi (available for an extra fee and on reservation). The 5-hectare grounds are perfect for walks, picnics, and taking in views of the Penne-d’Agenais basilica. There is also a children’s playground with swings, slides, and a sandbox.



The owners live in the main manor, completely separate from the cottage, and are available if needed while respecting your privacy. For longer stays, a welcome drink is offered after your arrival to share tips about the area.



Information on local activities, wine, and gastronomy is available. Upon prior request, regional specialties, charcuterie, and homemade smoked products may sometimes be offered.



The property is a 3-minute walk from Penne train station, with easy access to Agen, Bordeaux, Toulouse, and Paris.



Guests are responsible for cleaning. Please leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
