And now the NEGATIVE: the perfect place to understand why people are moving to private accomodation. Dirty (yet they put the sign they will charge you 25 USD if you leave dirty dishes, and most of the cups are filthy) , run down furniture/equipment/matress (big need of an upgrade/refurbishment), tiny shower, NO sense of hospitality what so ever (cleaning fee, no flexibility on check out time...

"By far one of the nicest and well equipped sommerhouses we as a family have ever stayed at. Glorious view of the bay from the spacious living and kitchen, and really nice to master bedrooms and and extra very big bedroom for 3 persons. The beds were very good and it was a quiet place to sleep. I will very much recommend this to everyone traveling in New Zealand, and we would gladly have stayed longer if we had not already booked for the next 7 days. "

"When we saw the room was disappointing. In the description it said it has heating, but the only thing it had was a little heat fan. We probably wouldn't have taken that room (or hotel) if we had known it. By the way, our bathroom had a water leak (or it seemed it), but when we arrived at night we found a cockroach in the room and we asked for to change the room. Finally, they found that a pipe was broken. One last thing, the description said "free wifi" and it's true, but only 500MB. Nowadays...
