"When I arrived at about 10pm, there were several suspicious looking people standing in the front of the front door. I almost kept going but I had already reserved the room and paid for it. They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. "I paid for a one bedroom King suite, when I showed up to the hotel, they said that it wasn’t available. And the only thing that was available was the very basic room they offered. I paid $177 a night and the room they gave me was $52 a night. I still have not received a refund for the cost difference. There was no Manager available, and was told on a Friday when I checked in, that there would be no one to help or assist me until the Manager came back on Monday."

"Was clean and big ol TV was nice. Food in the morning was available till around 11:00am. The breakfast area was clean and full of sustenance options. The key card and room door interface was confusing sadly. Staff was kind. We rolled in at half an hour to midnight, and were provided with the sheets for a couch."
