"若い女性スタッフはみんな丁寧親切な接客でした。
私が美味しい上海蟹を食べたいと相談したら、知り合いに連絡をとったりなど、30分も時間をかけて、探してくれて、予約までしてくれました。
そのお店で食べましたが、本当に美味しく、旅の目的のひとつを達成しました。

"This property needs some attention to the rooms.
1. Our Safe didn't work
2. Water leaked out of the shower despite multiple attempts at adjusting the shower door.
3. The bathroom is terribly designed with the tub practically in the middle of it, so it's hard to move around. Impossible for 2 people to get ready.
4. What I was most shocked by was that there was only 1 USB port in the entire room. Travelers usually travel with multiple devices and not all have converter chargers to plug into the...

"Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai."
