"Great quiet location away from the city. Cute little cottage - enough for a couple. Close to small town of Bala. Only issue was the heat in the living area. Need more heaters and blinds in the living room. "

"It was very nice "Back to 70's" kind of charming cottage. Owner and care taker were very nice. Just a problem was shower. It seems couldn't run hot and cold water same time. I struggled quite long time but only choice I got was shower in icy cold water or burning hot water. Every thing else was good especially the "skinny mirror"! the other cottager in the property were nice too."

"We really enjoyed our family getaway over the Labour Day. The cottage is cute and is a close drive to Bala. It would be have been preferable to be waterfront or have better lake access but the place was clean, the owners were nice and the area is still lovely. "

It was close to the beach and you cannot swim in the water behind the property as it is water access for boats etc. to come in and out of the area. When we got there there was a few key items missing such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, oven mitts, hand soap in the bathroom. I did message the host about this and they offered to have the housekeeper bring some the next morning. However, we had already gone to Walmart to replace them. It also...

"Only negatives no outdoor seating. Guess still.in winter storage. No dish soap, or dishwasher tabs, shampoo/conditioner or face cloths. Otherwise everything else good. Would go back."

"8 adult siblings rented this home in Waubaushene and it had everything we needed! It was so clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, beds were so comfortable. Nice options to have hot tub, sauna and a fire pit! Excellent easy walking trail along the water. The beach area at the end of Pine street is way better maintained than years ago. "Two bedrooms, no linens and towels (as stated in description), bring your soap and toilet paper. Coffee machine needs whole bean coffee. The air conditioning is in the living room only but it's very strong, if you leave bedroom doors open you might need a warmer blanket, so it's great. Warm water in the shower runs out after two quick showers until the boiler warms up some more. 1-2min walk to the beach. Found some shards of glass from bottles in the sand, near BBQ machine, so wear your flip...

"We were 8 retired nurses here to attend the funeral of one of our colleagues. The accommodation was perfect - we each had our own bed, there was space to be together and reminisce and kitchen facilities to prepare snacks and breakfast. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate to allow us oudoor time,, but that was out of anyone's control.. Tal was great and took a picture for us before we left."
