"We had difficulty in regulating the temperature in our room as this can be controlled only by making a request to reception. It would be preferable if guests were able to regulate the temperature from their own room."

"So much character, a really charming hotel. Staff are so attentive and reception were so welcoming and helpful. Room is big and everything you need! Location was also perfect. Breakfast buffet was delicious, really fresh produce and variety. Cocktail were also great, just maybe a little slow. Bed was sooo comfy as well! Overall, a really really wonderful stay. Would 1000% recommend, and will be back !! "

"Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want. "It did what it said on the tin! Clean, welcoming, very comfy bed, bottle of water, proper milk and perfect location for us. Glad I took earplugs as a tad noisy outside (t’was the WE though). Ate dinner there too, which suited us to a T. "

"Room was dated. Curtains off hooks, dirty marks on carpet and window ledges dirty/ dusty. Most disappointing was the condition of the bed. Both my husband and I are a small build and lightweight and could feel the springs in the mattress. Also the bed was like sleeping on a trampoline if either one of us moved.
