"carpet could use a cleaning, washer and dryer could be better. Location is excellent, band was a little loud. Close to the grocery and shopping. Skiers would be better in the south village."

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.

"Excellent host and location, right in the village! Just wish the bathroom was updated and the would’ve liked the overall unit to be been cleaner overall. There are vinyl tiles in the bathroom that feel very weird to step on. "
