"We had a room on the first floor on the dock. Beautiful views and surprisingly quiet considering it was adjacent to a very active waterfront. The property is very central to the shops and restaurants in downtown Boothbay Harbor. The staff person who checked us in at a different property that was in common ownership recommend some excellent dining options. "We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic!"

"Check-in was easy. Had rooms with a balcony so we could sit outside and relax with a cold beverage. Parked the vehicles on Friday and never touched them again until we left Sunday. Perfect weather."

"The owners continue the decades-old tradition of offering a quaint, comfortable motel with a 1950's feel, at very reasonable prices. The staff is always very friendly, accommodating, helpful in many ways. The location is superb, set within a minute or two walk from the center of Boothbay Harbor. Mid-Town Motel has become a cherished place for visitors who have been returning for years."

"We enjoyed our stay at Spruce Point. The amenities were great, the food was delicious, staff were kind and courteous.Housekeeping was awesome, we received service daily which some hotels do not do anymore."

"the Inn was in the perfect location. Restaurants and shops are close by. The host was a very helpful and accommodating and it was very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to come and visit the Greenleaf Inn. They give you the VIP treatment here . Can’t wait to return for our next stay. "

"It’s a great location. Nice and quiet. Check in was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are spacious with nice beds and room darkening shades and there are plenty of amenities. Happy to stay here. "
