"Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place."

"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. "This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews. "I had a great stay at Dua Sentral! One new thing I tried during this visit was the transport service provided by the operator — and I must say, it was super convenient. The service was easy to use, reliable, and definitely helped me save money compared to using Grab to get around KL. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and smooth experience in the city!"

"出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。"
