  • Set just above the curve of Coral Bay, Tequila Sunrise is a three-bedroom seafront villa where space opens out and the sea is always in view. Elevated yet close to the shore, it offers a sense of privacy, with panoramic views stretching across the coastline and the Mediterranean beyond.

    The villa is designed for unhurried living. Outside, a private 8x4 swimming pool sits at the heart of a well-kept garden, surrounded by sunbeds, soft seating, and open sky. There is space to stretch out, to pause, to let the day unfold without direction. A shaded dining area offers a quiet place for long lunches or evenings that linger, while the BBQ invites simple meals shared outdoors.

    Inside, the living space feels calm and considered. Light flows through wide openings, meeting comfortable furnishings and a relaxed layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy, everyday living — whether preparing something simple or bringing home flavours from nearby.

    The villa accommodates up to six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom also offers a double bed, while the third is arranged with two single beds. A second bathroom serves the remaining rooms, making the space comfortable for families or groups.

    The location allows you to move between stillness and gentle activity. Coral Bay beach, with its soft sand and clear water, is less than a 10-minute walk away. The nearby strip, just five minutes on foot, offers restaurants, cafés, and small shops — close enough when you need them, easy to leave behind when you don’t.

Really lovely stay for 2 weeks, the sea views were great, the villa was in a good location that we could walk to restaurants and bars if wanted, a car isn’t essential. Plenty to see and do. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. The only negative would be the bathrooms as they could do with a bit of an update, the mixer tap in the main bathroom didn’t work so we had to fill the bath with the shower which didn’t really impact on our stay but having children we did use the bath everyday. Overall it was a great stay and we would defiantly look to return in the future!

Great place and we'll located

We had a week at villa Tequila Sunrise and it's been lovely. It's a great location, near enough to coral bay strip to enjoy the restaurants and bars, but far enough you don't have any noise issues and it's not busy. Pool was lovely, especially in the afternoons after the sun had been on it.David the property manager touched in a few days before our arrival, and we reported an issue to him and he dropped by to check on our stay. Overall a good experience. Not sure why there aren't many reviews of this place, we've been to Cyprus a lot and it's deffo one of the better places we've stayed.Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

Toxic smell Wall damp near light socket with wall paper coming off - water damageBeds and pillows dirty/ according to host had new pillows - in January Black mould in bathroomsShowers filthy - not fit to useHuge crack in bathroom window- host didn’t see this as a safety issue.Garden furniture broken-Host said he couldn’t offer alternative accommodation- said he wasn’t paid enough to sort it out!- had to find our own accommodation to stay in.After 11 days of our stay did repairs and host offered us a partial refund which we used towards the cost of our hotel. We live in hope that VRBO will offer some kind of recompense under their Certificate of Guarantee as what they sold us was certainly not what was advertised.

Good location very tired accommodation

This property is a good location close to coral bay with sea views However ... Pictures don’t reflect the very tired nature of the accommodation. Bathrooms terrible and dirty and beds very uncomfortable Had to buy decent pillows and book alternative accommodation when in Cyprus. Don’t visit needs a refurb
