A well appointed Villa with air-con and ceiling fans throughout & comprises of a spacious lounge, separate kitchen, 3 large bedrooms (2 double 1 twin ) with , all with balcony. One bathroom with shower , toilet and basin . Another en-suite to master with shower over bath basin & wc. A further wc and wash basin on lower level. lounge with balcony over the pool. Air conditioning throughout, INTERNET, UK TV , FILM PACKAGE, kettle, toaster, iron etc. To the front of the property (south facing) is a large garden with pool and covered area balcony off the main bedroom at first floor. These benefit from all-day sunshine and views over the large pool area and out to sea. To the side is parking for three cars - Less than 5 mins drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches and bustling town at Coral Bay, and is is a few minutes drive to the village centre of Peyia, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists and other useful amenities.Only 30 minutes from Paphos International airport. frequent buses pass to most locations if you prefer not to hire a car or walk.

Wonderful Villa

Spacious, clean, great size pool, lovely neighbours. The villa is situated in a very quiet area with stunning mountain views. Just what i wanted and needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Martin is an excellent host and we will return!

Overall an ok stay

Location and neighbourhood was good. Home was spacious and well equipped. Only negatives: - the lack of water pressure in the showers. This made showering nearly impossible. - the hardwired timers on ALL the airconditioners with 2 hour limits. This was very frustrating and disruptive to our sleep at night as we were waking up around 4 times per night to turn the airconditioners on again. I didn’t see the point in this system other than to completely ruin our nightly sleep. Not great during the hot summer nights. - weak and slow internet/wifi signal.

Nice villa in the perfect location, one of the best pools I've ever had in a villa, Communication with Martin the owner was absolutely spot on he was on hand to help out with anything we asked, will definitely stay again, thanks again Martin

Huge Villa with nice pool and location.

Nice and new villa that is located in a newly build part of the Town. The villa has three levels and pool at the front. There are other villa's very close, so the place feels save. The pool is nice and there are nice terraces in front of the bedrooms and living room. All worked really well. Having a car is recommended to reach the villa easily.

Fantastic property in beautiful Pegia

My husband and I have just spent 10 days at this beautiful villa. The whole process from booking to arrival went smoothly and I can only say the photos do not so this villa justice. I travel to Cyprus two or three times a year as I am of Cypriot decent and Pegia is my favourite location. I have rented many villas im the area and this was by far one of my favourites! The villa itself is modern and spotlessly clean and the pool area is well maintained. My husband and I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to this villa again. Thanks again Martin and Jules

Amazing holiday!!

Nice, private, clean and comfortable. The pool is well maintained and was highly enjoyed. Of course we must thank our wonderful host Martin for being available for any questions we had and for making our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing property on a very nice location.

We are small family with a infant and a 5 years old. Martin was very helpful to arrange a travel cot for the little one. Place had everything we need for our stay, we' will be returning soon. I would highly recommend.

Vakantiehuis op rustige plek, dichtbij Paphos

Prima woning, niet luxe maar alles doet het naar behoren. De bank in de kamer is wel aan vervanging toe want die is helemaal kapot, wat wordt verborgen door er een kleedje overheen te leggen. Verder was het contact goed. Ga er alleen niet heen als je een jongerengroep bent want daarbij het de plek niet voor.

Great location, home from home but with a pool and ☀️

Enjoyed our stay, villa in good location to access many local hiking trails. Well equipped kitchen, the user manuals had been left for the oven, washing machine etc which made life easier. Not had that luxury before. Comfortable living area and several outdoor seating/dining options - just follow the sun. No problem with water pressure, sounds like a pump has been fitted making the shower excellent and the washbasin tap in the bathroom almost another shower. Would have preferred a king size bed in the main bedroom, has been over 20 years since we changed to a king size, for my tall husband. I think most couples now have the larger size. All in all, we had a brilliant week, the local supermarket continues to impress, the fresh meat is so different to home. Daily swim, daily walk, what a lifestyle! Many thanks to Martin & Jules for making the villa so welcoming and functional.
