"The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. "Katerina is the most wonderful host. She made early contact after booking and then provided useful information pre-holiday. She made every effort to make out stay an enjoyable experience. "One bedroom upstairs, another bedroom and everything else downstairs, with separately controlled airconditioning. The bathroom and especially the shower area is fairly small (common thing in Greece), but other areas are comfortable enough to stay there and unpack your luggage.
Airport is so close you can walk there in 10 minutes, and you can see planes landing while sipping your coffee on the balcony. Don't worry, there are no flights during the night. Skiathos port and the city center is also...

"Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr zentral (bezüglich Insel) und gut versteckt, also sehr ruhig. Leider auch kaum auffindbar. Erstes Problem war, dass man mit der Buchung keinen konkreten Namen der Unterkuft erhält, noch eine genaue Adresse. Somit war es erstmal schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, ist auch überhaupt nicht beschildert. Ohne Hilfe der Einheimischen, überhaupt nicht möglich. Nur ohne Unterkuftsname ist es auch schwierig die nötige Hilfe von Einheimischen zu bekommen. Also das...

"Very clean and tidy with air conditioning. There were supplies added to the kitchen. Washing up liquid and coffee. 5 minute walk to town and bus stop outside. The only probably was the shower hose was not attached to the wall. "

"We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this place takes top spot when taking into account all of the following:- Location and views from the property and particularly the terrace are just stunning throughout the day but sunsets are special The property has everything and I mean everything you could need . The attention to detail by Tassos is amazing….. there wasn’t a single item we needed that he didn’t have and all high end electrical appliances . And his warm welcome...

"Lejligheden var desværre ikke særlig grundig rengjort. Hår i sengen, toiletpapir rester i badet og beskidt service i køkkenet. Godt at vide at gaden udenfor larmer utroligt meget. Nem check in og en velfungerende lejlighed som fungerer fint for et par dage i byen "

"Dimitris is an awesome host. He provided a lot of wonderful information about the island. He ensured that we had everything that we needed. He was very attentive and kind. His house is wonderful, gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool is big and he kept it immaculate. Our family had a lot of fun swimming when we needed a break from the town. The location is perfect only 15 minutes away from town ame cool ani and there are plenty of beaches, restaurants and supermarkets within walking...

"We had a great communication with the owner who was very supportive and welcoming. Great big flat with a bathroom and a toilet. Good pressure of water in the shower. Comfortable bed. Good storage space in the bedrooms. Location was great 5 min walk to city beach just across the street. 5-7 min walk to Main Street, 10 min walk to harbour. Busstation just 20 meters from appartment. Great place to stay. "

"Perfect in every way. The accomodation was in a perfect location, opposite the small road to Troulos beach and with a supermarket and bus stop 20 on its doorstep.
It was spotlessly clean, modern and airy with everything you could wish for. The owner, manager and house maid were amazing, so friendly, accommodating and welcoming.
I would definitely stay here again. "
