"I enjoyed a 5 night break at Sands. A little apprehensive due to several negative reviews however my experience was very positive. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need including full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The entire complex is very clean and is thoughtfully laid out. I enjoyed the lane swimming and the surrounding area is perfect for running. I also used the gym several times. Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. "Once the villa renovations are completed it will probably be an amazing little villa. There’s no oven or toaster and not much in terms of plates so can’t make food for 4 people. The bathroom floods as shower tray isn’t long enough. There’s building works going on behind and everything was covered in brown dirt that stains. Obviously this isn’t the owner’s fault but it has ruined lots of items of clothing. Had to sweep at least 3 times a day. There’s no airer to dry wet pool clothes. Luckily we...
