"We enjoyed a cozy weekend to celebrate an early Christmas. The house is very spacious with lots of comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. It's within walking distance to a grocery store and hardware store. It's right next to a beer distributor in case you need some bevs for your stay! The hosts are very easy to get a hold of and are very responsive if you need anything. Check in and check out process was easy-peasy. I would recommend this place!"

"What a unique and memorable stay! We had such a wonderful stay. My son loved all the farm animals. He was invited to help feed all the animals during the nightly “chores”. This was certainly the highlight of our trip. I can’t thank the family enough for their hospitality and willingness to allow us to enjoy all their beautiful animals. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay in Ellicottville! My fiance and I went cross country skiing at Holiday Valley just a 3 minute drive away. The warm fire was so cozy in this winter storm. We accidentally locked ourselves out but the hosts were able to get us back in immediately - no waiting or stress! Thank you for everything. "

"The kitchen was amazing and was so nice to host my family a few nights and have the cooking space!! There was a list of things to do upon entering which was great (I’m a local but moved long time ago) The only downside was the beds. They are very hard and I had to lay on pillows for some sort of relief. It was very disappointing as we drove there and we’re out on adventures everyday and would have preferred to sleep in better comfort. "
