"Older home with typical quirks of a home this age. Well stocked kitchen. Mattresses were fair- not old, just cheap. Be ready to climb to get into the house. House on a Hill is literal. "

"We had a great stay at this property. Very easy to get in, clear directions and great location to the main village! "

"We loved this cabin, it was very beautiful and had a lot of amenities and stuff provided that we didn’t have to haul in our car. There is a ton of fridge space as we stayed in all weekend to cook! The only sad thing was the weather was terrible and rainy and we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outside and property because it was rainy and muddy. "

"10 min drive to Holiday Vally and downtown Ellicottville. Lots of room for a large group - easy to find and good communication from the owner. Basement was a bit cold bit the fireplace amd hottub were especially nice on the cold evenings"

"We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back! "

We had a tire blow out — they immediately responded with recommendations and we had the tire fixed in less than 12 hours!
