"This was hands down 100% the BEST property ever! Our hosts were extremely responsive and the property itself is quite literally paradise! "This was a wonderful place to stay in guanica. Its a 5 minute walk to playa santa, and 15 min walk to playa jungla. The place was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 7. The kids love playing on the private balcony and the locals are so kind and hospitable. Will definitely be planning another stay."

"Always stayed in San Juan. The West is the Best. Stu was super easy to work with and had great restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend 413 Scuba/Snorkeling. Kohl was knowledgeable and safety first. Saw so many fish! The beach by the house has much better sand and surf compared to Dome, Steps, Lighthouse. Very enjoyable and beautiful sunsets. No more big hotels in San Juan. A plus stay. "

"I booked a room for two nights only to discover less than an hour before check in that the reservation was canceled. Multiple possible reasons were given without a definitive reason. Upon reading the list of possible reasons, I learned that they don’t accept reservations less than 48 hours in advance. I don’t know if this is an oversight by the owner of this property, or Hotels.com. I had confirmation of this reservation. Fortunately, being off season, I was able to find alternative...

"The place was super clean and in a safe neighborhood. Rincon is a great place for surfers with lots of shops and there's an art walk on Thursday nights which is very fun. would recommend Rincon to anyone looking for a chill time."

"The property was very accommodating. They provided everything you need for a day at the beach. The were a few little issues like the shower in the hallway, water wasn’t going down and it had a little smell.we had trouble trying to figure out witch lock had the keys to the apartment. They should label all the locks with the apartment numbers to get the keys to get in. Only rooms had ac but besides that it’s a beautiful property and we were there just to sleep because we were out exploring Cabo...

"The property exceeded our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean, very well organized, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to everything and in a quiet area. Communication with the hosts was outstanding from the very beginning—always attentive and kind. We had an amazing weekend; both my children and our friends were extremely pleased. Without a doubt, this is a place we would love to return to."
