"Hotel brings excellent experience of a vintage property well kept and maintained the history of the hotel in a great way. Right in middle of Innsbruck from where you can take buses to go to other places or walk to near by attractions. Breakfast was such we never had in a while, with so many varieties to choose from. Hotel’s ambience is something to remember forever due to its history. If we visit again we will stay here .."

"Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Rooftopbar und unfassbar tolles, umfangreiches und außergewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet (Sonntag morgen) mit knapp 20 verschiedenen, tw. exotischen Früchten, petit four, zahlreichen Milchprodukten und Cremen usw. und natürlich mit allem, was man sonst auch bei Frühstücksbrunchs am Buffet findet. Ich würde schon alleine dafür wieder dort übernachten wollen. :-)"

"Superbe hôtel pour un moment de relaxation. La chambre était très confortable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon. Le personnel est très sympathique. Il y a une très belle piscine sur le toit mais petit bémol, il y a énormément d’enfants et la piscine et les espaces autour de la piscine ne sont pas adaptés à des enfants. Lire un livre au bord de la piscine peut s’avérer compliqué avec le bruit et les éclaboussures."

"STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE! I stayed in Apartment 5-2-Birds Nest at the Golden Roof Apartments by Penz, which are owned and managed by Stage 12 Hotel. The biggest issue was that the apartment was extremely hot, even though it was raining outside and the temperature was only about 18°C. We opened all the windows and used the two fans provided, but the apartment never cooled down. A Stage 12 staff member even brought us an additional fan and confirmed that the apartment was excessively hot. The...

"Everything about this Hotel was excellent. We had a 3 night stay in Innsbruck and this hotel was wonderful to stay at. I would highly recommend it they go above and beyond in their customer service. We loved our hotel room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The only recommendation I have is that safe monitor the pool area a bit better to ensure that guests with children are not trying to bring their children into the pool area after 6:00 pm when it is only for adult use. However 1) no full mirror in the bedroom ( super annoying for a lady that needs to dress up) 2) réception clerk had a double booking for the same night, gave us the room because we were the first one showing up..but made a whole fuss about it ( not our fault if there were 2 bookings on 2 different platforms made at the same time honestly!)."
