"The cleaning doesn't happen at all. They only bring new towels after several requests. I requested several times to change the bed sheets and it was only done after escalation. No dining and no amneties. Fire alarms rang twice after midnight and we had to evacuate for nothing. The best part was that there was a trams station 3 minutes close to the hotel."

"Beautiful loft apartment that very conveniently located. It’s 10mins by train or tram to the centre of the city and very close to public transport, restaurants and grocery stores. We had an amazing time. The Staff who are on-site 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm were also super friendly and helpful."

"Amazing stay in Prague! The location in the Old Town is perfect, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and beautiful streets. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Simone, Aldo, and Iveta were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. 10/10."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the room 208 was clean, warm and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Some building works to the rear and a bottle filled with cigarette butts/smell stopped us from opening the lovely doors and airing the room but we would return and request a room towards the front next time. Plenty nearby. Fat cat restaurant was great fun. "
