  • Mahogany Bay-Fathom's End is a beautiful three-storey beachfront townhouse that offers stunning sea views from every bedroom. It is located just a short drive south of Holetown's famous shopping district and restaurants on the illustrious West Coast of Barbados.

    This inviting beachfront abode is decorated with classic furnishings and offers impeccable accommodation throughout. The first floor features two bedrooms, while the second floor boasts a spacious master suite with a beachfront balcony offering breathtaking vistas of the Caribbean Sea. The master suite also includes a dressing area with built-in closets and a wall safe for added convenience.

    On the ground floor, French doors seamlessly connect the indoor dining room to the verandah, which offers comfortable seating and a wet bar with a mini-fridge, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Guests may also request cook services for an additional fee. The adjacent plunge pool, just steps away, is surrounded by lush tropical greenery and comes with sun loungers and an umbrella for those seeking shade.

    A private beach gate provides easy access to the stunning Paynes Bay beach, where guests can enjoy excellent snorkeling opportunities and leisurely strolls along the shore.

A beautiful place to spend our 50th Wedding anniversary! Sand to Sea - gorgeous beach, Paynes' Bay especially! Loved Champers restaurant for a truly special meal. Many thanks to Annette who is a true professional and cooked us some delicious meals and kept us well fed and taken care of. Hope to be back again soon!

Barbados was fantastic! From the weather, to the food to the people, we were entertained and felt right at home. this house could not have been in a better location. We fished offshore, took a bike tour, went sailing and definitely relaxed by the beach. Thank You Annette, for the delicious food and help around the house!

This place is amazing!! Our four girls loved the plunge pool & sun loungers. Having access to the beach was fantastic & hiring the paddle boards and glass bottom boat trip from Jerry was hassle free and extremely convenient. Hired a car so managed to explore the island and enjoy "Crop Over." Big shout out to Annette and Carlos who made us feel very welcome, Thank you!

Had a wonderful relaxing 2 weeks - thanks to the housekeeper for looking after us. We recommend "Mr. Vics" just up the road for a warm welcome & great food (Happy hour 5:30pm - 6:30pm) and "Bean & Bagel" in holetown does great breakfast & lunch. A big shout out to Carlos who tends to the gardens - always friendly and helpful.

Lovely 10 days spent here. Nicole and her cooking made it extra special! Sandy Lane Sunday brunch is a must, QP Bistro food & setting was spectacular and Lone Star restaurant was good. The babies loved spending time on the beach & in the gardens taking in the birds, chickens, lizards & the occasional monkey! Thank you for a wonderful experience - unforgettable.

Fathoms End was a wonderful property, and our family had a very relaxing stay! A few areas of the house needed some freshening up, but all in all, everything was as expected. Pest control was really great. Refrigerator was cold, water pressure was great. Annette was the star of the show. She is so pleasant and refreshing to talk to, she maintains the villa well, and her cooking is out of this world. We really loved the opportunity to be with her!Location was really good. Supermarket was close by, great restaurants a short drive, and golf/spa opportunities were very close by. The beach was nice when the tide was out, though very rocky in front of the house. Lots of boat and jet ski traffic in the bay. A quick stroll down the beach past the fish market and plenty of swimming and snorkeling. Sunsets were beautiful and the atmosphere very peaceful. Plenty of sunshine in the back yard for sun bathing and the plunge pool was nice for a quick dip. Thank you for sharing your home with us, especially Annette!

We have had the most wonderful 10 days here. The house and beaches are beautiful and a superb location. This is our fourth trip to Barbados and this is the nicest place we've stayed by far. Nicole was an angel! I was tempted to smuggle her to the UK in my case! Thank you so much.

The house is in a perfect location and the ocean views are amazing. It is like having your own private beach! We know Barbados pretty well so tend to eat out a lot at the superb restaurants, but we loved Annette's cooking, and her baking was exceptional! We hope to return again in the future. Well, what an absolutely fabulous time we have all had in Barbados & at Fathom's End. The vacation was amazing, and we have had so much fun water skiing, swimming, relaxing at the villa and visiting great restaurants. Annette was wonderful! She looked after us beautifully and went above and beyond to make our stay so nice. Her cooking and specialty treats were delightful. We won't forget you, Annette. Paradise by the sea

We had an amazing time at Fathoms End. The villa is beautiful and amazingly well kept by Annette who was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Annette prepared wonderful meals for us and recommended recipes, she was very helpful getting fish from the fish market next door. We really appreciated her discreetness.The gardens were kept wonderfully tidy. We loved our stay.
